Culture is the product of the human spirit and a force.Team culture construction is the soul-building work for the development of professional teams.The CBA Basketball League is one of the most active sports events in China with the most influence and market prospects.Building a CBA team culture is of great significance to the healthy development of the CBA league.Based on this,this thesis is based on the theory of semiotics and takes the cultural symbols of CBA teams as the research object.Among them,some teams in the NBA and CBA leagues use the literature method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.Such research methods,systematically study the performance system,communication mode,and generation of CBA team cultural symbols,and find inspiration for CBA teams from the case of NBA part team cultural symbol construction.Through research,the following main conclusions are drawn:1.The club has made great progress in building the cultural symbols of the team.However,there are still insufficient deficiencies in the construction of logo symbols and architectural symbols.The team uses less media in symbolic communication.2.In the process of designing and constructing the cultural symbols of the team,the use of elements needs to be improved.Too much use of large cultural elements leads to the geographical representation of the constructed cultural symbols is not strong.The number of independent venues of the team has increased,the facilities and facilities have gradually improved,and the venue layout has become more personalized.3.The fans have high recognition of the main logos constructed by the home team,and the recognition and recognition of the main logos of the visiting teams is low.4.The CBA team lacks the choice of carrier of cultural symbols in the process of cultural communication,and lacks the independent commercial brand of the league.There is room for improvement in the construction of character element symbols.5.CBA League attention increased,the amount of broadcast increased,but only the focus of the fans is limited to the game itself,the attention to the team culture has not significantly improved.Insufficient online and offline promotion,especially the quality of offline activities needs to be improved.Based on the conclusion,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1.Speed up the process of league reform and professionalization,and improve the level of league competition.2.Strengthen the process and sequence of the recognition of the symbolic importance of the symbolic management of the club culture.Improve all aspects of the symbol generation process,beware of missing links or faults.3.Fromthe perspective of different audiences,collect feedback from the audience on the cultural symbols of the team.4.Create a self-owned brand,strengthen cooperation with sponsors,reduce the loss of the outstanding players' endorsement rights in the league,and build a representative team home.5.Actively expand the intensity of online media publicity and improve the quality of offline activities.
