A Comparative Analysis Of The Offensive And Defensive Capabilities Of China And The Champion And Runner-up Teams In The 2018 World Women's Volleyball Championship

With the rapid development of modern volleyball,the competition between the strong teams is fierce,and the role of receiving the second pass in the competition has been paid more and more attention,and the team needs to undertake more important offensive and defensive tasks.Therefore,the performance of both ends of the offensive and defensive team will directly affect the performance of the whole team.In the 2018 World Women's Volleyball Championship,the Chinese Women's Volleyball Team finally won the third place.Through the methods of documentation,video observation,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and expert interviews,this paper compares the offensive and defensive abilities of the Chinese women's volleyball team,Serbia and Italy women's volleyball team in the 2018 World Women's Volleyball Championship,and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese women's volleyball team in the two ends of offensive and defensive.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Compared with Serbia and Italy,the total score,spike score,blocking score and service score of Chinese women's volleyball team are lower than Serbia and Italy women's volleyball team.(2)The overall effect of China's second set service is better than that of Serbia and Italy.Although the service score and scoring rate are the lowest,the errors are the least,the service is relatively stable,and the ratio of destroying the opponent's first attack is higher.(3)Compared with Serbia and Italy,the number of spikes in Chinese women's volleyball team is too small.The overall error rate of smash in the four-attack system is low,and the breaking rate of counter-attack smash is low.The effect of smash in push is better.(4)Compared with Serbia and Italy,the Chinese women's volleyball team receives the second set.In the offensive position,the back row attack is too few,and there is no third attack,but there is a third position attack.On the spike line,the number of straight line spikes in the second pass of Chinese women's volleyball team is more,and the spike line is more dispersed in general.(5)Compared with the Italian women's volleyball team and Serbia,China should take part in the first pass,while the other two teams should not take the task of receiving the serve.In receiving spikes,China defends the most,but makes the most mistakes.In terms of receiving and handling the ball,China has made more errors in receiving the second set.(6)Compared with Serbia's and Italy's women's volleyball teams,the Chinese volleyball team received the second set,blocking and making the most mistakes,the passing effect was better.
