With the trial of the "Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standards Revision(2017 Edition)",the high school biology curriculum aims to improve the core literacy of students' biology.Under the impetus of curriculum reform,how to improve the current teaching mode to implement and improve students' biological core literacy has become an urgent theoretical and practical task.Therefore,the author introduces the "semi-sure" teaching concept into the classroom,actively discusses the "semi-sure" teaching model,applies it and explores whether it can develop and improve biological core literacy or not.This paper consists of seven parts.The first part states the background of the research,puts forward the questions,and states the theoretical and practical significance of the subject.The second part introduces the content and methods of this research and formulates relevant research technology routes.The third part combs and defines biological core literacy,semi-sure and teaching model,and carries on the literature review of the " semi-sure "teaching.The fourth part carries out the investigation of the status of high school biology teaching in this area.It includes three dimensions:students' learning status,teacher teaching status and biological core literacy.Based on the improvement of teaching status in the region,“semi-sure" is put forward.The fifth part mainly discusses the " semi-sure " teaching mode from four aspects: theoretical basis,application principle,program design and evaluation system.The sixth part mainly carries out the analysis of the application of the "semi-sure"teaching model,gives examples about the new course,review class and experimental class,the application of the " semi-sure " teaching mode is given,and puts forward relevant teaching suggestions.To prove whether it can improve the students' biological core literacy,we study the results in three aspects : the key ability of biology,the core level of biology,the biology of the experimental class and the control class.The seventh part is the main conclusion,reflection and prospect of this research.The results show that:(1)The “semi-sure” ??teaching model has a significant effect on improving the key abilities of the students' biology,especially for practical application and migration innovation.(2)The “semi-sure” ??teaching model also has significant effects on improving the core literacy level of biology.The " semi-sure " teaching model cansignificantly enhance students' scientific thinking literacy,and at the same time,different levels of different literacy levels are improved.(3)The “semi-sure” teaching model has a certain impact on the performance of students' biology.While the author gains and loses in the research process,I hopes that I and the majority of educators can take part in the research and application of the "semi-sure" teaching model with the attitude of "semi-sure" and conduct relevant in-depth empirical research with scientific thinking methods,We can provide reference for the front-line teachers in training and improvement of students' biological core literacy.
