Research On The Application Of Turning Movements In Collective Flower Ball Events

Cheerleading is a kind of sport that combines difficulty and beauty and belongs to difficult and beautiful events.In recent years,it has developed rapidly because of its unique organizational form and performance style.Collective flower ball cheerleading has a strong momentum of development in China and on the world stage because of its wide popularity,strong rendering power and outstanding representative style.Among the numerous constituent elements of collective flower ball events,the perfect presentation of technical skills is undoubtedly an important factor.By observing the video of the cheerleading world championship,it can be seen that the swivel movement has developed rapidly in recent years,and its status has improved significantly.It has become a very representative factor to measure the level.Therefore,this paper observes the competition video of Cheerleading world championship,and makes statistics and Analysis on the number,type,time and space,completion,combination with athletes and arrangement of the application of turning movements in collective flower ball events,so as to provide some reference for the progress of Cheerleading technology in our country.By observing the videos of the collective ball games in the 2017 and 2018 Cheerleading World Championships,this paper uses the methods of documentation,questionnaire,video analysis,expert interviews and mathematical analysis to analyze the application characteristics of the transitional movements in the collective ball games.The results show that:1.The single type of movement in the collective flower ball event is used frequently,mainly in the legs-sucking rotation.The compound type of movement technology is developing towards complexity and diversity.The combination of movements is more innovative.The selection of kneeling rotation greatly improves the ornamentality of the whole set.Compared with the top three teams,the Chinese team has a low skill level in compound movements,and there is still a big gap in quantity,consistency,body posture and other aspects with the world level.2.The use of swivel movement mainly distributes in the first half and the second half of the whole set of movements.The first half is the peak period of the use of swivel movement,and the second half will decline slightly.In space application,the swivel movement develops from single space application to multi-dimensional space application.The switching of the three planes of A-B-C enriches the visual effect and becomes a bright spot in the development of the swivel movement.3.The connection of twist movement is dominated by gymnastics,balance and flexibility and coordination movements are few,landing movement is simple,visual effect is good,jumping action is dominated by convergence and reverse jump,and the connection of twist movement is developing rapidly,mostly horizontal and side flip,and the most prominent use of American team,which shows the strong strength of American team.4.In the way of completion,the completion of compound action technology is mostly collective completion,especially in the quality and quantity of collective completion of American and Japanese teams.The completion of single movement technique is mainly partial completion,which is mostly used for motion comparison.Chinese team is obviously poor in the level of collective completion,physical fitness and detailed control are weaknesses.5.The rotation movement mainly takes the form of horizontal rotation in the formation change,and the form is relatively single,which needs further innovation.The application of rotation in level change is not comprehensive enough and needs to be further improved.
