Based secondary school chemistry classroom,in view of the present middle school classroom based on the identification of "macro and micro analysis" core literacy of high school chemistry problem situation research system is not perfect,the present situation of the lack of relevant theories,using the equivalent control group after measuring way gathers the data of questionnaire and student achievement inquiry based on the identification of "macro and micro analysis" core literacy teaching design influence on students,through the statistical analysis of test paper and the questionnaire results,evaluate its effectiveness: On the one hand,the pre-test and post-test test scores of the experimental class and the control class are compared to explore the influence of creating the situation of connecting macro phenomena and micro essence problems in teaching on students' academic performance.On the other hand,the questionnaire results of the experimental class and the control class were compared in multiple ways by LSD to explore the influence of the situational teaching method on students' emotion,knowledge,ability and thinking by applying macro phenomena and micro essence problems.The research results show that both the key high school and ordinary high school,the high grade and high grade,establish contact with the nature of the phenomenon of macro and micro problem situation of students' identification of macro and micro analysis "the cultivation of the core accomplishment all have a positive impact,and the impact on the higher grade than sophomore,focus on the influence of the high school is more than ordinary high school,this method can improve the students' academic performance,stimulate students' learning enthusiasm,promote the student's understanding of macro micro combined with knowledge,strengthen the consciousness of students' abstract thinking and exploration,it has wide applicability.
