Macro identification and micro analysis is one of the core qualities of chemistry discipline and the basic embodiment of the educational value of chemistry.On the basis of referring to the previous literacy assessment,macro identification and micro analysis,this study optimized and integrated the existing assessment scale,and rebuilt the macro and micro literacy assessment index system with macro and micro essential knowledge,macro and micro key abilities and transformation combined consciousness as the firstlevel indicators.Combined with the specific knowledge content and based on the constructed evaluation indexes,the questionnaire of literacy evaluation was developed.After the questionnaire was evaluated and optimized by the Rasch model,a large sample of students in grade two and three of a high school in Harbin was evaluated,and the overall performance level of student literacy and the performance level of different first-level indexes were obtained.Based on this,the regression analysis is carried out between the three first-level indicators and literacy,and the influence of gender and grade on students' level is also analyzed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward based on teacher interviews.The results show that:(1)On the whole,the macro identification and micro analysis ability of senior high school students are at a medium level,and there is still a lot of room for improvement.Teachers should cultivate students' macro identification and micro analysis ability consciously in teaching.(2)There are slight differences between boys and girls in macro identification and micro analysis,but gender factors have no significant effect on students' literacy.(3)There is a significant grade difference between high school students' macro identification and micro analysis accomplishment level,and the accomplishment level of senior three students is significantly higher than that of senior two students.(4)The three first-level indicators of macro/micro essential knowledge,macro/micro key ability and transformational awareness have different influence on the overall literacy level,and the degree of influence is transformational awareness >macro/micro key ability > macro/micro essential knowledge.
