In recent years,in order to meet the needs of talents for the development of modern tourism,the enrollment scale of tourisl service and management major in China's secondary vocational schools has been increasing.Therefore,how to improve the teaching quality of tourism service and management major to adapt to the social and economic development has become an inevitable issue of secondary vocational education.Deepening the research on the current situation of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools can help secondary vocational teachers to control the process of classroom teaching or improve students' learning quality.Flanders Interaction Analysis System can well reflect the language status of teachers and students majoring in classes of tourism service and management major.From the perspective of language interaction,this paper puts forward Suggestions to improve the quality of classroom teaching of tourism service and management in secondary vocational schools.By using Flanders Interaction Analysis System,this research takes six different professional courses of tourism service and management major in Rizhao city,Shandong province as an example to discuss the current situation of tourism classes in secondary vocational schools.This paper studies the current situation from the perspective of verbal interaction between teachers and students,in an effort to contribute to optimizing the classroom teaching of secondary vocational education.Chapter one introduces the development of secondary vocational education and the current situation of secondary vocational classroom teaching and the relevant literature at home and abroad and the research methods.Chapter two introduces interactive pedagogy,the three core concepts and Flanders interactive analysis system.Chapter three clarifies the research object and research process.The fourth chapter is the study on the current situation of the language interaction between teachers and students in secondary vocational tourism management.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis.From the perspective of matrix analysis,the classroom emotional atmosphere of tourism management in secondary vocational schools is basically harmonious.The overall preference is for teachers to control the classroom.The teaching style is democratic and open.From the perspective of ratio analysis,teachers' speech plays a dolinant role in the classroom of tourism management in secondary vocational schools,and teachers are more inclined to directly intlucnce their speech.The composition of stLudcents' speech activities is relatively complex,the speech ratio is low,and the stucdents' dolinant position is not prominent compared with the norm.The proportion of-quietness or chaos in class is higher than norm.The fifth chapter puts forward relevant Suggestions from three aspects to improve the quality of the verbal interaction between teachers and students in tourism management in secondary vocational schools.
