Research On The Cultivation Model Of New-type Professional Farmers In Heilongjiang Province

In the new era,the issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" has become a shortcoming that restricts the synchronous development of "four modernizations" in China.It is urgent to improve the efficiency of cultivating new-type professional farmers and strengthen the team of new-type professional farmers so as to speed up the priority development of agriculture and rural areas.As a major grain-producing and agricultural province in China,Heilongjiang’s agricultural modernization level is in the leading position,but the existing agricultural labor force is difficult to form a talent support for the development of modern agriculture in terms of both quantity and quality,which seriously retards the pace of the transformation and development of modern agriculture in Heilongjiang Province..Therefore,in order to successfully realize the transformation and development of modern agriculture in Heilongjiang Province and to ensure the achievements of agricultural modernization,there is an urgent need to innovate and develop a new type of professional farmer cultivation mode and to improve the cultivation efficiency of the new type of professional farmer.We will ensure the quality of cultivation of new-type professional farmers.On the basis of combing relevant research and theory at home and abroad,this paper combines the macro analysis of the “one point and two lines” model for the new national professional farmers;and the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in Heilongjiang Province under the top design with Heilongjiang Province as the target.The model has carried out an empirical analysis and proposed an implementation path to optimize the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in Heilongjiang Province.It mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,based on the research of domestic and foreign literature,the related concepts of new-type professional farmers and their breeding models are defined.Based on human capital theory,supply and demand equilibrium theory and labor mobility theory,the theoretical basis of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers is expounded.And realistic basis.The macro analysis of the national“ one-two-line”model has laid a theoretical foundation for guiding and micro-researching the breeding model of new-type professional farmers in Heilongjiang Province.Secondly,through the methods of literature review,document investigation and field investigation,this paper makes an analysis of the current situation of cultivating new-type professional farmers in Heilongjiang Province,and through the analysis of the specific practice of cultivating new-type professional farmers in Heilongjiang Province,expounds the "one point,two lines" model and its main contents of cultivating new-type professional farmers in Heilongjiang Province,and understands that Heilongjiang Province has initially established new-type professional farmers cultivation.The system has achieved good results in cultivation.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the present situation and mode of cultivating new-type professional farmers in Heilongjiang Province,the evaluation index system and empirical research model of influencing factors of cultivating new-type professional farmers in Heilongjiang Province are constructed by using AHP analytic hierarchy process.By determining the weight,the key factors affecting the development of new-type professional farmers’ cultivation mode in Heilongjiang Province are analyzed,so as to put forward optimized countermeasures and promote each one.Elements play the most important role in the "one point,two lines" model.The results showed that the cultivated content in the criterion layer was the most significant,and the industrial development status under the various criteria,the county government,the breeding technology,the breeding base and the object selection were the most significant.Finally,on the basis of the empirical analysis results,from five aspects: based on industrial development,strengthening the functions of the county government,implementing precise cultivation guided by market demand,expanding the cultivation base of new-type professional farmers and selecting the cultivation objects reasonably,the path of optimizing the cultivation mode of new-type professional farmers in Heilongjiang Province is put forward.
