A Study On The Difference Between Chinese Collective Ball Cheerleading Technique And Foreign Excellent Teams

With the tremendous development of cheerleading,more and more countries participate in it.Through recent years' competitions,it is found that the completion of action technology in collective flower ball cheerleading largely restricts the score of the complete set of actions.At the same time,there is a certain gap between our country and the world's excellent teams in action technology.Based on this,I intend to make a comprehensive analysis of the top eight cheerleading team and Chinese team in the 2018 cheerleading World Championship through the methods of documentation,video observation,expert interviews and comparative analysis,and based on the "rules of Cheerleading Competition in the 2017-2020 cycle",from the three aspects of the ball movement,dance movement and technical skills movement.The following conclusions are drawn:With the rapid development of Cheerleading in China,coaches have made great progress in music production and action creation,and the overall level of Cheerleading athletes is getting higher and higher.Chinese cheerleading athletes have the ability to participate in international cheerleading competitions in terms of mastery of difficult movements of technical skills,number of accomplishments and difficulty coefficients.Through the analysis of the performance of Chinese cheerleading athletes in international competitions,the special physical quality level of Chinese basketball players still needs to be further improved.For example,the mastery of basic hand position of Chinese basketball cheerleading,the accuracy of position control,the understanding and performance ability of individual dance movements need to be further and more systematic training.In international cheerleading competitions,the display of difficult technical movements not only tests the athletes' special sports ability,but also tests the athletes' psychological quality.Firstly,in the process of turning,the U.S.and Japan have fast turning speed,many turning cycles,abundant combinations and high quality of turning.However,the difficulty of turning of Chinese team has always been the technical shortboard in international competitions,which is significantly different from that of the front teams.The combination of turning movements is single and the quality of turning is low.Secondly,in the completion of jumping movements,the difficulty coefficients of American,Mexican and Russian jumping movements are larger,and the consistency of the details of the height and angle of jumping movements is higher: Chinese teams mostly choose jumping movements with lower difficulty levels,and mostly express themselves in the form of small groups and individuals.Thirdly,in the completion of the flip movement,foreign teams mostly use the flip action,which has high altitude and high speed,while Chinese teams mostly use the flip and roll action,which has less impact on the vision.Fourthly,in the completion of lifting and cooperating movements,lifting and cooperating movements are the dominant movements in our country.There is tacit understandingamong athletes,high quality of lifting actions,smooth use of levels and spaces of movements,and changeable movements.In the performance of China's flower ball Cheerleading in the World Championships,the regularity of its basic movements,the consistency of the completion of difficult movements,and the planning of the details of movements are all different from those of the world's first-class teams.As a result,although the difficulty factor of Chinese team's complete sets of performances is not low,the overall visual appreciation is greatly reduced,and the completion degree of the movements is reduced accordingly.Many scores,especially in the completion of the rotation and jump movements,are particularly evident.Comparing the number of difficult movements,Chinese cheerleading athletes have developed their superb physical endurance quality and can complete most of the technical difficulties in a short time.However,from the point of view of the degree of integration of difficult movements and complete sets,the degree of innovation of difficult combinations and supporting actions,the richness of their contents is relatively low,which is a difficulty in China's international cheerleading competitions.One of the important reasons for the difficulty in breaking through the grading system.Through the analysis of this study,we can see that the overall movement arrangement ability of the Chinese volleyball cheerleading team has a certain gap compared with the top six teams in the World Championship.Whether it is the ability to control the personality dance style or the ability to understand the movement content,it needs to be further improved.
