Effects Of High-intensity Interval Training With Different Action Modes On Anaerobic Capacity Of Male Freestyle Wrestlers

Objectives: Effect of high comparator special operation mode intensity interval training group(high intensity interval training group,TG)with the conventional intermittent high intensity training group(control group,CG)Anaerobic ability of Freestyle wrestlers: purpose.Methods: Sixteen male and female freestyle wrestlers were selected as subjects and randomly divided into CG and TG,with 8 in each group.The literature method,expert interview method and questionnaire survey method were used to design the special action of TG.The experimental method was used for experimental research.The experimental process was controlled by SUUNTO team heart rate real-time telemetry system,three times a week for eight weeks.Conduct anaerobic power,special anaerobic indicators,blood lactic acid and biochemical indicators,and use statistical statistics to statistically analyze the data.RESULTS:(1)PP,PP/Kg,AP,AP/Kg were significantly increased after CG and TG experiments(P<0.05);CG was more significant than TG in PP/Kg(P<0.05).(2)After CG and TG experiments,there was no significant difference between the hands holding legs and anti-holding legs(P>0.05),30 s,60s,and the anti-arm legs were significantly improved(P<0.05);TG60s bare legs Anti-lock legs are better than CG(P<0.05).After CG and TG experiments,the neck and back of the neck were better than those before the experiment(P<0.05).The TG30 s,60s neck and back chest were better than CG(P<0.05).(3)The maximum blood lactate value was significantly increased after TG experiment(P<0.05).The maximum blood lactate value after CG experiment was not significantly different from that before the experiment(P>0.05),and the maximum blood lactate value of TG was better than CG(P<0.05).The blood lactate clearance rate was significantly increased at 3-10 s after CG and TGexperiments(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).(4)The CK value of the TG group decreased significantly after the experiment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in T,C and BUN(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Traditional high-intensity interval training(CG)can significantly improve the maximum anaerobic power and relative maximum anaerobic power of freestyle wrestlers(mainly powered by phosphoric acid system);special action mode high-intensity interval training(TG))can significantly improve the special endurance of freestyle wrestlers(mainly powered by glycolysis system).(2)Special action mode High-intensity interval training(TG)can improve the lactic acid resistance of free-style wrestlers compared with traditional high-intensity interval training(CG);both types of high-intensity interval training can improve after training.The clearance rate of blood lactate at-10 min,the clearance rate of blood lactate after training may be independent of the action mode.(3)The special load stimulation of the same cycle,the wrestlers who have passed the special action mode high-intensity interval training(TG)have stronger adaptability than the traditional high-intensity interval training(CG)wrestlers.(4)When evaluating the anaerobic capacity of the freestyle wrestling program,the anaerobic power test combined with the anaerobic special quality and blood lactic acid test can more accurately evaluate the specific energy metabolism level.
