Since the promulgation and implementation of the “Guidelines for the Learning and Development of Children 3-6 Years”(hereinafter referred to as the “Guide”),regional activities have been recognized and accepted by the majority of early childhood educators.Regional activities are the most effective measures for children to express their own platforms,enhance self-esteem and self-confidence,and are an effective way to promote the independent development of children.Artistic regional activities are a kind of activities that are of great interest to children in autonomous regional activities.They are also an extension and supplement to collective education activities.Children in the art area can freely choose materials to operate and create boldly according to their own interests and needs.The biggest feature of regional activities is to return the initiative to young children,so that children can choose and play freely.To a certain extent,it can be said that teachers are liberated,but at the same time it also puts higher demands on teachers because of the age characteristics of young children.Determining their ability level,the activity can not reach the level of complete separation from teacher support,so teachers need to correctly position the role in the regional activities of the art,keenly aware of individual differences between children,giving children just the right support and guidance.The author has always been interested in the regional activities of large-scale children’s art work.What is the guidance of teachers on the regional activities of large-scale art workers,how to give reasonable and effective guidance to the regional activities of large-scale artists,this has always been the driving force of the author’s research.On the basis of extensive review of relevant literature,the author selected the guidance status of teachers in the four kindergartens in Dongying City as a case study.In the observation and interviews,the problems in the teacher guidance in the regional activities of the large class were grasped in depth,and the causes were analyzed.According to the actual situation,the effective guidance strategies of the teachers in the regional activities of the large class were proposed.This paper is divided into the following three parts:Introduction: This paper systematically expounds the reasons for the selection of the effective guidance of the teachers in the regional activities of the large class,the purpose,content,methods,significance and innovation of the research.Chapter 1: An overview of the effective guidance of teachers in the regional activities of large class artists.Mainly from the definition of the core concepts related to the effective guidance of teachers in the art regional activities,and the analysis of the regional activities of the large class artists the characteristics,then elaborated the value of the teacher’s effective guidance to the regional activities of the art.Chapter 2: The problems and reasons of teacher guidance in the regional activities of large class artists.Based on the actual observation and record,based on the analysis of the literature and interview records,it is summarized that teachers have low effectiveness in material placement,lack of professionalism in observation,unreasonable guidance content,and inappropriate guidance in the guidance of regional activities.The timing of the guidance is not accurate and the evaluation process is not scientific.In-depth analysis of the problem: the teacher’s lack of understanding of the kindergarten art regional activities,the kindergarten’s management mechanism is imperfect,lack of external resources support and recognition is the result of these six The main cause of big problems.Chapter 3: The effective guidance of teachers in the regional activities of large class artists.First,strengthen self-directed learning and clarify role orientation,such as improving teachers’ professional quality and changing the role of teacher authority.Secondly,gain insight into early childhood development and improve professional ability,including improving the ability of materials to be placed,teachers’ observation skills and other implicit guiding skills and improve teachers’ explicit guidance skills;Improve the training mechanism and optimize the curriculum structure,such as broadening the training channels,improving the quality of teaching and research,optimizing the proportion of courses,etc.Finally,increase publicity,win external support,create opportunities,and guide parents and community members to understand the basics of art activities.In the past,we will explore various channels,revitalize resources,and make rational and effective use of various external resources.
