Research On The Application Of Equipment Technology For Aerobic Step Aerobics In My Country

Since 2011,the Chinese team has won four consecutive world competitive aerobics championships.But in the 14 th world aerobics championships held in 2016 and the world aerobics competition held last year,China's team missed out on the gold medal in the aerobics pedal event.Aiming at the status quo,based on the 14 th and 15 th aerobic aerobic pedal pedal project the final project instrument technology application situation,find out in the pedal device existing in the use of advantages and disadvantages,clearly understand the development trend of aerobic pedal backwards,to the top team learning their layout,correct their own shortcomings,to the development of the Chinese team in the future and lay a good foundation of training,make the training more scientific and effective.In addition,a new round of competition rules has been implemented since 2017.Therefore,it seems that we should combine the new rules and find out the development and training methods of the pedal project,so as to continue to be the champion of this project.Video observation,literature method,comparison analysis method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,etc are a series of research methods,this article mainly take the 14,15 world aerobics championship in aerobic step before the final five comparative analysis,the excellent team of complete sets of movements,apply to step the aerobic equipment as the breakthrough point from aerobic step aerobics complete set of movements of the elements of the key on the analysis of the technical status quo of aerobic step aerobics equipment using,explore the development of aerobic pedal instrument technology using in China and the existing problems.The research results are as follows:(1)the problems existing in the current stage of China's aerobic pedal exercise program are as follows: diversified space types and types are used in a single way;Lack of innovation;The choreography of transition and connection lacks individuality and creativity,and there is no movement matching with pedal apparatus.The athletes' expressions are reserved and stiff in their interpretation of the set.(2)based on the analysis of the excellent teams in various countries and the current arrangement of the aerobic pedal apparatus technology,the new ideas of the arrangement of apparatus in this project in China are summarized: rational use of apparatus and outstanding characteristics of apparatus;Upgrade the arrangement level of equipment technology;Pay attention to the training method of pedal apparatus;Grasp the rules,improve the comprehensive quality and ability of our athletes.
