Aerobics step is a sport event which is brought into the aerobics gymnastic.It is an important part of aerobics gymnastics.Because it began so late.there are less studys about the concern field.The dissertation use the method of literature survey,video analysis,comparative analysis,statistics,summarizing method to compare the 8 terms in the World aerobics champions so as to find out rules out using steps and to find out the ways and measures.The aim is to improve grouping ability and diversity of using tools as well as to improve the developmet in this event theoretically and practivally.The outcomes are:1.The rule can guide the competition.rule requires to use tools in different elements in performance.The diversity,innovation,fluency are important points to value how to use steps.2.It turns out,by comparing the different terms in video,that changing steps have two methods which are changing the steps alternatively or circularly.These perfect teams in the world would perform them by using teamwork,add the number and rythem,showing the difficulties.3.Innovation in step contents are performed in different directions and ways.The fitst one is shown in contents in steps and in the changing steps with different directions.The second one is shown by showing in different times,or doing in different groups or showing with other elements.4.Different ways of taking steps are taking them over head, in front of chest.puting them low,or taking them near the waist.The ways to innovate it are by spinning the body or steps or different ways to put down the steps.Coordinating contents are one step with two people or two steps with two people.5.Step is a kind of tool only.Using it or not have no direct connection with scoring.diversity could be shown by using it properly.Transition can be classified with 4different ways:support,sliding,rolling,jumping.6.The ways to improve the efficiency of using steps are by placing a high value on training and grouping the use of aerobics steps,having a better understanding about the rule,achieving the different methods of trainning,intensiving the basic elements as well as ways of using steps.
