Classroom teaching is an important way for students to acquire knowledge and acquire abilities.Classroom questions and answers are the basis for teachers and students to exchange and interact.Teachers' reasonable questioning,asking,waiting and evaluation can not only promote the progress of the curriculum,active classroom atmosphere,but also cultivate students' thinking,stimulate students' interest in mathematics learning,and play the main role of students.This study takes two teachers and students in the second year of a high school in Beijing as the research object.This article observes the classroom to understands the status quo of teachers'classroom questions and answers;the article interviews and questionnaires for students to understands students'understanding and personal hobbies in teachers' classroom questions and answers;interviewing with teachers to understand the design intent and implementation effect of teachers' classroom questions and answers;the processing is carried out to obtain the influence relationship between the teacher's classroom questions and answers behavior and the high school students' mathematics learning interest,and according to the conclusion,the questions and answers strategy that can improve students' mathematics learning interest is given.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is based on the current educational reform background,especially the research status of the teacher's classroom questions and answers,and puts forward the background and research significance of this research.The second chapter defines the concept of teacher's classroom questions and answers and mathematics learning interest based on relevant research at home and abroad,and summarizes the existing research trends.The third chapter expounds the research methods and processes of this paper,including preliminary preparation,data collection and analysis.The fourth chapter through the statistical analysis,the two teachers in the classroom question and answer status,teachers and students' understanding and views.The fifth chapter is the comprehensive analysis to get the influence relationship between the teacher's classroom questions and answers on the students' interest in mathematics learning,and the suggestions for the teacher's classroom questions and answers method to improve students' interest in learning.This study shows that:(1)There are a large number of questions in the classroom,among which the most frequently asked questions by teaching new courses,followed by consolidation and practice.The reasonable number of questions in each teaching session will enable students to remain motivated to participate in the classroom.(2)Teachers' questions are mainly based on memorizing,understanding and applying.According to the teaching process,the difficulty and type of design are promoted to promote the development of students' thinking.(3)The teacher's asking method is mostly collective.According to the student's grades and personality,combined with the difficulty and type of the question,select the appropriate answering methods and objects,so that more students can participate in the classroom interaction.(4)The teacher's waiting time is generally short and is significantly related to the type of problem.Appropriate waiting time gives students the space to think and improve the depth of their thinking.(5)There are differences between the number of evaluation and the total number of questions.And the methods of evaluation are mostly repetition,simple praise,questioning and inquiry.Teachers should respond to questions and evaluations,and use incentives and developmental responses to give positive feedback to students,analyze specific problems,and maintain students'self-confidence.(6)Students in relaxed classroom questions and answers are more willing to participate.Teachers should not be too serious in the classroom questions and answers.They should change their mood,expression,and physical movements to make teachers and students participate in the friendly interaction of equal communication,which can play a positive role in stimulating students' interest in learning.
