As one of the latest forms of network learning, virtual learning community is favored by more and more learners because of its open and convenient characteristics and abundant learning resources for learners. Now virtual learning community has been largely employed in the field of education and has achieved remarkable results.Although virtual learning community has many advantages in terms of the scope, speed and convenience of knowledge contribution, there are still problems such as insufficient user participation and low willingness of knowledge contribution. The contribution of knowledge in virtual learning community is a major factor in the development of a virtual learning community. It is of high practical value and significance to study the influencing factors of individual willingness to contribute knowledge in virtual learning communities. From two Angle,at home and abroad to the domestic and foreign existing in the virtual community research to review and summarize the knowledge contribution, and contribution to the virtual learning community of knowledge sharing and knowledge and so on has carried on the definition of the concept, and then based on the theory of planned behavior, technology acceptance model and the theory of social exchange theory foundation for finishing.Secondly, starting from the perspective of planned behavior theory, technology acceptance model and social exchange theory, and adding two variables, material incentive and spiritual incentive, all variables are divided into internal dimension and external dimension, and a preliminary research hypothesis model of influencing factors of individual willingness to contribute knowledge in virtual learning community is constructed.Again, refer to the domestic and foreign existing in the virtual community of knowledge contribution maturity scale by the will of the individuals in the virtual learning community knowledge contribution factors questionnaire, the research object of qufu normal university science and technology of "learning" is the members of the community, with the aid of SPSS analysis software, using descriptive statistical analysis and questionnaire data to do the reliability test and validity test, and then use the AMOS software to construct the theoretical model of inspection and correction unceasingly, the theory assumes that the path to the inspection, the final research conclusion:(1)perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness indirectly affect the willingness to contribute knowledge through theattitude of mediating variables;(2)attitudes,subjective norms and perceived behavior control directly affect the willingness to contribute knowledge;(3)reciprocity,trust and altruism directly affect willingness to contribute knowledge;(4)incentive also plays a positive role in promoting willingness to contribute knowledge. The results demonstrate that altruism.Attitude and perceived ease of use are the top three factors of absolute influence coefficient.Secondly, perceived usefulness, reciprocity and perceived behavior control; Finally, subjective norms, incentives and trust.According to the results of the study conclusion and the size of the influence coefficient mainly from improve members of the community members of altruistic behavior, enhance community platform using the positive attitude and strengthen the reciprocity between community members three aspects to the management of the virtual learning community put forward the advice of the advisory,to promote the members of the virtual learning community is expected to enhance the contribution of knowledge will,to further promote the sustainable development of the virtual learning community.
