Under the environment of knowledge economy,knowledge and innovation has become the key driving force for the sustainable development of organization.University scientific research institution not only acquire knowledge through organizational learning,and through various community to improve the staff's knowledge level.Knowledge community members keep knowledge contribution in the community to promote the wealth of knowledge of the organization.The university scientific research workers can not satisfy the needs of knowledge innovation on the traditional formal organization;they must be provided knowledge by all kinds of informal organization to meet the needs of the development of organization.And the the university knowledge community will play an important role in this respect.Especially,the knowledge community will turn tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge in the community,it is particularly important.But existing research pay more attention to knowledge management,knowledge sharing,in the formal organization such as colleges and universities.The research about knowledge contribution of university scientific research knowledge community is less.Based on this,this paper will study the contribution of knowledge,to clarify the mechanism of knowledge contribution in university's scientific research knowledge community.Analysis the influence factors of knowledge contribution behavior,explore the incentive mechanism to contribution in scientific research knowledge community at colleges and universities.Find out the evaluation method for knowledge contribution performance in scientific research community in colleges and universities.Hope provide reference for the manager of knowledge community.The main research results of this paper is as follows:First of all,using the exchange theory of sociology,psychology,economics and other related theory analyses the mechanism of knowledge contribution in scientific research community in colleges and universities.The individual's knowledge contribution behavior in the knowledge community is essentially a social exchange behavior.The understanding of individual knowledge contribution behavior from the perspective of social exchange is a new perspective and one of the innovation points of this study.This kind of social exchange behavior is influenced by the inner psychological and ability elements,the external environment and the supporting elements.By analyzing the motivation and willingness of individual knowledge contribution,we can clearly understand the complexity of individual knowledge contribution behavior and motivation inknowledge community,and provide theoretical guidance for knowledge managers to stimulate the enthusiasm of individual knowledge contribution behavior.Secondly,the psychological factors,the knowledge management ability and the social environment factors of the university scientific knowledge community constitute the systematic factors that affect the individual knowledge contribution behavior.Based on the social exchange theory,the theory of organizational behavior,builds the model of the influence factors of knowledge contribution behavior and intention in university scientific research community.Then use the survey data for empirical research,to explore the effect of internal psychological factors such as individual reciprocity,altruism,reputation,on the knowledge contribution intention;the infect of individual knowledge management capabilities such as domain knowledge,knowledge externalization capacity,knowledge integration capability on the knowledge contribution intention.and analyzes the knowledge contribution intention's influence on knowledge contribution behavior.Finally analyzes the adjustment effect of the organizational environment,such as organizational support,organizational climate,between the knowledge contribution intention and knowledge contribution behavior.Results show that reputation,mutual benefit,altruism and individual knowledge management ability of knowledge contribution intention has a positive effect;knowledge contribution intention has positive influence to knowledge contribution behavior;organizational support,organizational climate play a positive adjustment effect between the knowledge contribution intention and knowledge contribution behavior.The conclusion provides the theory basis for university's scientific research community to take measures to promote members ' knowledge contribution behavior.Again,build the performance evaluation index system for knowledge contribution in the knowledge community of college scientific research,puts forward the performance evaluation methods for knowledge contribution in knowledge community.The key to the performance evaluation of community knowledge contribution is to construct the performance evaluation index system and choose the appropriate evaluation method.This study based on the characteristics of colleges and universities knowledge community of scientific research,considering knowledge community's contribution process,and knowledge contribution result,building including to participate in knowledge contribution,the utility of the knowledge contribution,the innovation of the knowledge contribution,that is the first-level indicators,and secondary indicators of performance evaluation system for the knowledge contribution including 10 indicators.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used,the Delphi method is used to determine the index weightand get the relevant data of each index,builds the evaluation model of individual 's knowledge contribution.And through a example,the paper expounds the method in the application of performance evaluation of knowledge contribution.This research provides reference for knowledge community to evaluate the individual 's knowledge contribution.Finally,provided the incentive mechanism of knowledge contribution in scientific research knowledge community at colleges and universities.Only build good knowledge contribution incentive mechanism,can give full play to the efficiency and role of individual in knowledge community.This article from the general principal-agent model and double task principal-agent model,the principalagent model to build a knowledge community contribution.And exploratory analysis of the knowledge in the community between managers and knowledge contributor cost-benefit function,knowledge community contributors and managers' earnings function as the breakthrough point,from the general principal-agent theory and dual task principal-agent theory two aspects,analysis how to promote the enthusiasm of the knowledge community individual contribution.The research results shows that in the design of incentive mechanism,on the one hand,community managers should be based on the knowledge contribution in the process of external uncertainty and the awareness of the risks to adjust the excitation intensity;Community managers,on the other hand,in the different development stages of community should be based on the importance of knowledge contribution in the process of multitask,respectively take different incentives and incentive intensity.This is one of the innovations of this study.This study provide the basis for university's scientific research knowledge community to inspire individuals contribution enthusiasm.
