| With the advancement of the new curriculum reform and the change of college enrollment model,"liberal arts students" and "science students" have become the past.The gap between the learning attitude and learning ability of the students in the second grade of senior high school in our school is getting worse day by day,while the unified homework ignores the individual differences of the students.For some students,homework does not help them to consolidate their knowledge and skills,and also leads to their lack of confidence in mathematics learning.Therefore,I want to mobilize students’ enthusiasm for learning mathematics and improve their math scores by assigning personalized and stratified assignments.Based on this,I tried to study the following five questions:(1)how to stratify students to avoid negative emotions caused by stratification?(2)what are the basis and stratification criteria for job design?(3)how to provide personalized guidance for students’ homework selection?(4)how to conduct personalized evaluation and evaluation of homework?(5)whether the implementation of individualized and stratified homework has an effect on improving students’ academic performance and has a positive impact on students’ learning attitude?In this paper,firstly,through referring to relevant literatures,the research results of individualized and hierarchical design of homework at home and abroad are understood.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students and individual interviews were conducted with the teachers to understand the current situation of mathematics homework among the students of grade two in our school.Thirdly,I took class 10,grade two of senior high school where I taught as the experimental class,and conducted about 3 months of practice research on individualized and stratified assignments.Finally,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students who participated in the practice,and six of them were selected for interviews.Besides,comparative analysis of the test data was used to test whether the practice of individualized and stratified homework had a positive impact on students’ attitude to math learning and academic performance.Through research,the following research results are obtained:(1)the principles and methods of stratifying students are obtained;(2)the principles and standards of job layering design are obtained;(3)the principle of individualized guidance for students’ layered homework selection is obtained;(4)get the personalized evaluation and evaluation method of homework;(5)individualized and stratified homework is conducive to improving students’ grades,mobilizing their consciousness and enthusiasm for homework,significantly reducing the phenomenon of homework plagiarism,and improving the learning atmosphere. |
