Cheerleading is a popular sporting event that combines gymnastics,dance,music,fitness and entertainment.It has a history of more than 100 years.Originally for the development of American football screaming and cheering,it has become a sport in the world.Loved by people all over the world.Cheerleading has developed rapidly,and at the same time,various types of competitions have emerged.In the international arena,China's pom cheerleading is not in a dominant position.China's research on the winning factors of flower ball cheerleading is still in the enlightenment stage,and has not yet fully formed a sound system.Therefore,based on the ICU rules,it is imperative to study the winning factors of cheerleading.This topic is mainly based on the characteristics of the project of pom cheerleading,summing up the winning factors,promoting the development of cheerleading projects in China,and narrowing the gap with the world's outstanding teams.This is a practical study.This article uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,video analysis method and mathematical statistics method to statistically analyze the complete set of actions of the top six teams of cheerleading cheerleading in the world cheerleading tournament in the past three years.The analysis of the winning factors,the specific research results are as follows:(1)By comparing the cheerleading competition rules of the past three years,it is found that the rules of the flower cheerleading have changed a lot.The changes in the set of scoring standards are mainly reflected in the adjustment of the original three major art,the difficulty and the difficulty into the four major items in the new rules,namely technology,teamwork,arrangement and overall evaluation,and the small scores of each major category in the old rules.Generalization,cancel the difficulty of fixed scores,and provide coaches and athletes with sufficient space for editing.(2)The winning factor of flower ball cheerleading refers to the main factor that achieves excellent results in competitions based on rules.Through the study of the old and new rules,we can find that the winning factors of the flower ball dance cheerleading mainly cover the three aspects of complete arrangement,overall completion and difficulty action.The three are indispensable,and they are an interaction and interaction.(3)Emphasis on arm power and braking in the movement in the layout of formation change should be smooth,the amount is moderate,lifting and coordination movement should be consistent,form selection should be diverse,improve the viewing ability in difficulty to maximize the advantages and avoid the disadvantages,select the ability to complete the action within the range of the grasp consistency and music synchronization.(4)Factors affecting the performance of cheerleading athletes are mainly divided into internal factors and external factors.The existence of these factors requires the active adjustment of athletes and coaches to reduce the negative impacts caused by unfavorable factors and ensure that athletes play normal.The level is won.
