| Under the background of the development strategy of the National Fitness Program in China,the organic connection between outdoor sports and tourism has gradually become a new concept of health.Under this environment,outdoor sports have produced great economic benefits.By studying the outdoor sports situation of the middle-aged and old people in Jinzhou,this paper sums up their successful experience,finds out their existing problems,puts forward the strategies of developing outdoor sports in Jinzhou,optimizes the outdoor sports industry of the middle-aged and old people in Jinzhou,provides a new growth point for the economic development of Jinzhou area,and at the same time provides reference for the development of outdoor sports in China.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,expert interview and other research methods,this paper investigates the outdoor sports development of middle-aged and old people in Jinzhou as a breakthrough point,makes an all-round investigation on the outdoor sports development of middle-aged and old people as a special group,clarifies the key problems and factors affecting the outdoor sports development of middle-aged and old people in Jinzhou,and puts forward corresponding strategies,and draws the following conclusions :1.The goal of outdoor sports participation of middle-aged and elderly people in jinzhou is to take physical exercise as the fundamental goal,showing a diversified trend.2.Middle-aged and elderly people aged 45-60 years old will exercise in different ways with moderate participation time and frequency.3.The outdoor sports management of middle-aged and elderly people in jinzhou city is not standardized,and the corresponding laws are not perfect.4.Outdoor sports clubs and travel agencies are not well supervised in the supervision system of outdoor sports departments;To the local middle-aged and elderly reasonable participation in outdoor sports propaganda strength is obviously insufficient. |
