| With the increase of age,the biochemical,physiological and body posture of middle-aged and old people are gradually declining,and the problem of body posture is becoming more and more obvious.This paper makes a statistical analysis on the body posture of middle-aged and old people who do not take exercise in the long run of Chongqing.The positive influence of long-term exercise on the body posture of the old people is expounded,and the positive influence on the improvement of the aged and old people ’ s resistance to aging and physical comprehensive quality is expounded.By using the methods of documentary,mathematical statistics and experiment,the effects of Tai Chi Chuan on the body posture of middle-aged and old people were analyzed and the influence of Tai Chi Chuan on the body posture of middle-aged and old people was studied.Results : The exercise of shadowboxing can improve the bad body posture of middle-aged and old people,and the experimental group has significant difference(P < 0.01).The experimental group has significant difference(P < 0.01).The experimental group has no significant difference in the pelvic rotation and neck rotation of the control group(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the experimental group(P < 0.05).The results of the experiment were as follows :(P < 0.05),but the difference between the cervical rotation,the forward extension(leading),the oblique shoulder,the shoulder,the shoulder,the flat back,the hunchback,the scoliosis,the pelvic side slope,the pelvic roll,the pelvic rotation,the knee extension,the O-leg and the X-shaped leg were not significant.(1)There were fewer adverse physical posture in the body posture assessment test than in the group without exercise group,including forward extension,round shoulder,flat back,scoliosis,pelvic roll and knee extension,which showed significant difference,while the cervical rotation and pelvic rotation showed significant difference,while oblique neck,high and low shoulders,hunchback and pelvic side leaning O-leg showed no significant difference;Therefore,the exercise of shadowboxing can improve the physical posture of the middle-aged and old people,so as to prevent the risk of sports injury.(2)According to the posture assessment test,there appeared the wing-shaped shoulder and the X-shaped leg posture problem was higher than that of the non-exercise group,and the difference of the wing shoulder was significant,and the X-shaped leg showed no significant difference;Therefore,practicing shadowboxing may increase the attitude of the wing shoulder,which may be related to the operation mode of the taiji arm.(3)The movement of shadowboxing has a positive influence on the body posture of the middle-aged and old people,which is beneficial to improving the bad body posture of the middle-aged and old people,which is mainly manifested in the obvious improvement of the front extension(leading),the round shoulder,the flat back,the scoliosis,the pelvic side oblique,the knee extension and the like,and obviously improves the neck rotation,the pelvis rotation and the like;It also plays a role in maintaining muscle balance,muscle control and muscle elasticity.(4)Compared with the middle-aged and old people in the teachers ’ group,the martial arts group improves the bad body posture and the control of the muscles.It is clear that the middle-aged and old people should pay attention to the technical standardization of the action while practicing the shadowboxing,and the correct and effective exercise of the shadowboxing. |
