This paper is an experimental study on the impact of HPM teaching methods on the achievement of high school students’ mathematics.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the integration of mathematics history into mathematics teaching,and investigates the thinking cognition of high school students.It is found that the cognition of experimental students is consistent with the principle of historical occurrence.On the basis of the theory of mathematics integration into mathematics teaching,this paper uses HPM teaching method to carry on the classroom teaching experiment to the students.Experiments show that HPM teaching methods have a significant impact on the academic achievement of high school students.The conclusion is that HPM teaching method has a positive effect on students’ academic achievement.The research of this paper mainly includes eight parts:The first part is the introduction.Including research background,research significance,research methods,and the innovation of the article.The second part is the concept definition and literature review.Conceptual definition includes the definition of HPM concepts and the definition of mathematical achievement concepts.The literature review includes educational value and experimental research of HPM.The third part is the theoretical basis of analyzing the history of mathematics into mathematics teaching,and provides theoretical support for HPM experimental research.The fourth part is through the analysis of the questionnaire to explore whether the students’ thinking of the experiment is consistent with the theoretical basis of HPM-the principle of historical occurrence.The fifth part is HPM teaching methods and experimental cases.First of all,HPM teaching methods,based on the theory of HPM,the implementation of a representative case of teaching.The sixth part is to measure the impact of HPM teaching methods on the academic achievement of high school students,and collect the data for quantitative analysis and research.The seventh part is to measure the impact of HPM teaching methods on the motivations of mathematics achievement of high school students,and collect data and carry out quantitative analysis and research.The eighth part is the conclusion and suggestion of experimental research.Through the experimental study of HPM teaching methods,the conclusions are drawn and some suggestions are put forward for reference by math teachers.
