Research On The Development Issues And Operation Improvement Of WeChat In Education And Government Affairs In Shaanxi Province

Education administrative department of the open education e-government WeChat is a new media to shape the government image,better to build a service-oriented government,a new method of new measures,this study from the shaanxi provincial education WeChat the basic situation of development,through data analysis,case analysis and questionnaire survey,68 of shaanxi province education e-government WeChat was studied,and in reference to the existing outstanding education e-government WeChat operating strategy,on the basis of education in shaanxi province government affairs WeChat operating strategy and development countermeasures put forward some Suggestions.Operation data reflect the overall situation of wechat development and communication operation effect.In this study,the development situation and operation data of educational government WeChat in shaanxi province were understood and read.The development trend is steady upward,the operation quality is steadily improved,and the data shows a positive upward trend.However,there is a big gap between the WeChat development of educational government affairs in colleges and universities in the province and sichuan province at the same level in the west.The overall trend of operational data shows the mode of "college entrance examination center".The"college entrance examination season" takes June to August every year as the period of rigid demand information,and the other months as the period of non-rigid demand information.The operation strategy affects the operation data of wechat.This study studied the problems existing in the operation strategy of WeChat system of education government in shaanxi province from the perspective of micro operation.In terms of construction strategy,the construction of WeChat subscription number and service number of education government in shaanxi province is in chaos,and its attribute positioning is not clear.The micro-construction of municipal education officials is unsatisfactory,and the degree of carefulness needs to be improved.In terms of content strategy,there is a big difference in the amount of information released between the rigid-demand period and the non-rigid-demand period,the content source is relatively single,and the non-rigid-demand period has a weak ability to find topics.At the same time,the subjects of rigid demand information period are relatively concentrated,and the subjects of non-rigid demand period are scattered,and the matrix effect needs to be improved."Newspaper thought" phenomenon still exists,the title content is not close enough.In terms of push strategy,push time is more consistent with users' reading habits.But most of the typesetting aesthetic poor impact on the user's reading experience.Operators' cognition affects the level of micro operation.This study of shaanxi province education system at the same time the official WeChat operators has carried on the investigation,the education administrative officer micro operators and operators of colleges and universities in the relevant comparison,from the basic situation,the orientation and function of cognitive,cognitive interaction,emotional attitude tendency and so on several aspects has carried on the research,found that the current education system operators more middle-aged people in shaanxi,and full-time is responsible for the operation of the new media is one of the few,most of the operating personnel has other work part-time;All units have established certain new media operation rules.In the coordinated linkage of the upper and lower levels of the matrix,the official account of education is obviously higher than the official account of universities,while universities are superior to the education administrative gap in the actual micro official operation push,and the overall operational emotional tendency of the two parts of micro official operators is positive.In view of the problems reflected and proposed by the above three research levels,this study puts forward some Suggestions from the macroscopic perspective on the development of shaanxi provincial government WeChat from the aspects of top-level design and systcem construction,operation strategy,publicity and promotion,personnel matching and team building.Finally,in the appendix part aimed at the present situation of education in shaanxi government affairs WeChat matrix done better in shaanxi province education department official government affairs WeChat"shaanxi province education department "and Korean city bureau of education official government affairs WeChat education "Seoul",summarizes the operation strategies and methods,for the provincial education administrative officer micro provide learning and reference.This study
