Research On The Standardized Naming Of Yoga Poses In My Country

Yoga is becoming more and more popular as a sport that is healthy and healthy.Asana is one of the important elements of yoga.However,in the process of yoga exchange learning,there are often cases where the names of different poses and the names of different poses are not standardized.The irregularity of yoga poses seriously affects the communication of yoga.Dissemination is not conducive to the promotion and development of yoga programs in China.In order to promote the standardization and healthy development of yoga programs in China,this paper uses the literature data method,interview method,comparative research method,logic analysis method and other research methods to collect and sort out the relevant yoga naming materials in China,and analyze the current yoga body naming commonly used.Methods and existing problems and causes,and analyze the necessity of its standardization,put forward the strategy of yoga body naming standardization,in order to help the promotion and development of yoga projects in China.The main conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)The current common basis for the naming of yoga poses are:the pictogram of animals and plants,the name of human or god,the function of body,the stage of completion of body,the state of anatomy,etc.These naming methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.(2)The problem of the naming of the current yoga pose:the naming of different names,different styles,and advanced genres of the same style is not based on the problem of irregularities such as the name of the basic genre.(3)The reasons for the above problems:inconsistent methods of naming yoga,inconsistent translation of foreign terms,different naming of different yoga genres,national fitness yoga promotion committee and local organizations have not attached importance to the standardization of naming.Based on the research,the following three strategies for the standardized naming of yoga poses are proposed:(1)Definitively naming the primary basis for the standardized naming of yoga asana based on the anatomical state,using the pictogram of animals and plants as the basis for expansion or suggestive naming,as appropriate,retaining the name of the yoga body with special meaning and public recognition.High yoga asana name,customary yoga asana name,etc.(2)The National Fitness Yoga Promotion Committee invites professionals to study and discuss the appropriate yoga body name,constantly correcting and perfecting from multiple angles and different aspects,and introducing standardized,scientific and effective ones according to one figure and one figure.Yoga asana naming file.(3)The National Fitness Yoga Promotion Committee and the Local Yoga Promotion Committee have trained a group of talents who have mastered the professional and standardized yoga style names,and organized various types of yoga competitions at all levels,requiring the use of standardized yoga body names in the competition to promote the use.Standardized yoga pose name.
