| Research purposesrThrough theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper explores the specific effects of various indicators of social economic status in childhood on exercise behavior in adulthood, with a view to allowing society, schools, and families to pay attention to the important role of childhood in the entire life course, thereby allowing more intervention through intervention.People can participate in physical exercise and ultimately promote health.Research method:This thesis takes 878 adults aged 26-60 years old in four districts of Nanjing as the research object, mainly using literature review method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and other methods to explore the impact of social economic status of children in adulthood exercise.Firstly, the literature review method is used to summarize relevant researches at home and abroad, and according to the actual national conditions and history of China, the indicators for measuring social economic status and exercise behavior in childhood are selected.Secondly, questionnaires are prepared and questionnaires are issued. In the four districts of Nanjing(Xuanwu District,Qixia District,Pukou District,Jiangning District),1000 questionnaires were distributed, and questionnaires were collected and 878 valid questionnaires were obtained. Finally, mathematical statistics were used to analyze the socioeconomic status of children. And the relationship between socioeconomic status in adulthood and sports activities in leisure time, and then use Logistic regression to analyze the influence of childhood social economic status on the intensity of exercise, exercise time and exercise frequency of adult exercise behavior. Finally, logistic regression analysis of childhood the specific impact of socioeconomic status on the comprehensive indicators of exercise behavior in adulthood.Research resuIt:(1)One-way analysis of variance was conducted on social economic status and physical activity during leisure. The results showed that there was no statistical difference in physical activity between childhood and maternal occupations during adulthood.Other independent variables and adulthood has a difference in physical activity during leisure(P<0.05).(2)Logistic regression analysis of the exercise intensity, exercise frequency and exercise time of the single index of social economic status and exercise behavior in childhood. The results show that there are statistics on the intensity of exercise, birthplace, childhood residence, father’s unemployed and exercise intensity.Learning differences, while other independent variables have no effect on exercise intensity(P>0.05);in terms of exercise time, less time is spent exercising in rural areas than in urban areas, and people living in rural areas in rural areas have more time to exercise in adulthood than in urban areas. The lower the education level of the mother, the less exercise time;in the frequency of exercise, the frequency of exercise in rural areas is lower than that in urban areas. The frequency of exercise in rural areas is lower than that in urban areas,The impact of others is small.(3)Logistic regression was carried out between childhood socioeconomic status and almost no exercise. The regression results showed that the degree of father education in the independent variable had no effect on the exercise behavior after adulthood(P>0.05),and the mother’s education level is junior high school and high school, and the father’s lack of stable work has no effect on exercise behavior(P>0.05).In addition, the birth variable, the child’s place of residence, the mother’s education level, the father’s occupation, and the mother’s occupation are the sub-variables have statistical differences;the indicators of social economic status in childhood and the logistic regression results of participating in moderate exercise volume show that the mothers’ academic qualifications are primary school and below, father is unemployed, mother profession(no job,no stable work, stable work)and exercise behavior were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the place of birth, the place of residence of the child, the education level of the father, the education of the mother was junior high school and high school, the father’s occupation of no stable work, have stable work that have no statistically significant with physical exercise.Analysis conclusion:(1)Childhood socioeconomic status has an impact on a single indicator of exercise behavior.People born in rural areas and living in rural areas have less exercise intensity in adulthood than in urban areas;less time is spent exercising in rural areas than in urban areas, and people living in rural areas in rural areas have more time to exercise in adulthood than in urban areas. The lower the education level of mothers, the less exercise time;the frequency of exercise in rural areas is lower than that in towns. The frequency of exercise in rural areas in rural areas is lower than that in towns.Other variables have little effect on exercise frequency.(2)In addition to the degree of education of the father, other indicators of social and economic status in childhood have an impact on the comprehensive indicators of post-natal exercise behavior.Men tend to participate in physical exercise more often than adults in adulthood;people who live in urban areas during childhood and in rural areas have more exercise behaviors in adulthood;the lower the education level of mothers, the more exercise behaviors in adulthood;father’s occupation has little effect on the exercise behavior of adult, and mother’s occupation has a greater impact on adult exercise behavior. |
