Today,social development has prompted the education sector to pay more attention to career planning education.High school students are in the critical period of physical and mental development,the level of career planning has a significant impact on their psychological quality and future development.Studying the relationship between career planning and academic achievement of high school students is conducive to carrying out career education and promoting the development of students.This study used high school students in Ninghai Middle School as the research object to examine the relationship between career planning,self-efficacy,learning burnout,and academic achievement.This paper includes two studies.Study 1 was revised on the basis of Zhan Fashang's "Career Planning Questionnaire" for college student,a total of 242 students from Ninghai Middle School in Nanjing were selected for the test to investigate the situation of high school students' career planning and form the "High School Students Career Planning Questionnaire".The results of data analysis show that the revised questionnaire has good reliability and can reflect the level of career plannning of high school students.Study 2 was based on the existing research findings such as career planning,self-efficacy,learning burnout,academic achievement related concepts,measurement,and relationships.A total of 531 students from the first grade and the second grade of Ninghai Middle School were selected as subjects,and the "High School Students Career Planning Questionnaire","General Self-Efficacy Questionnaire" and "Secondary Student Learning Burnout Questionnaire" were tested.And collect the average scores of the Language,Mathematics,and English of the three exams to indicate academic achievement..The study found that:1)the career planning of high school students is generally at the upper-middle level,and the differences between gender and class types(cultural classes and art classes)are not significant.2)There is a positive correlation between career planning,self-efficacy and academic achievement in high school students.Career planning and self-efficacy can positively predict academic achievement;there is a negative relationship between career planning,academic achievement,self-efficacy and learning burnout.3)Career planning not only directly affects academic performance,but also indirectly affects academic achievement by affecting self-efficacy.That is,self-efficacy plays a mediating role between high school students' career planning and academic achievement relationship.4)The level of learning burnout of high school students can adjust the impact of career planning on academic performance.Learning burnout plays a regulatory role in the direct effects of the above mediating effects.Research conclusions:The career planning level of high school students can positively predict their academic performance.Self-efficacy is the mediator of career planning and academic achievement.Learning burnout is the moderator variable of career planning and academic achievement.
