Research On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Basketball Referees' Judgment Accuracy On The Spot

Since the introduction of basketball in China in 1895,after more than 100 years of evolution and development,it has become an important competitive project in China due to its unique charm,attracting hundreds of millions of fans and audiences.With the birth of China's CBA,WCBA,NBL and other professional leagues,China's basketball has been in line with world-class countries,but the so-called"gold is not enough,no one is perfect",all the work in all levels of the league in China has been carried out smoothly.At the same time,various unexpected situations occurred on the court by the referee.The coaches and athletes openly questioned the referee's penalty,causing the game to be interrupted for a long time.At the critical moment,the obvious violations and fouls could not be pronounced in time,resulting in the outcome of the competition.Change;wrong judgment,missed judgment,counter-judgment become the norm;on-the-spot penalty is controversial,and has become the focus of media reports,fans'attention and team dissatisfaction;the accuracy of referee's penalty has already produced the healthy development of basketball and league in China.Serious impact.Therefore,finding out the factors that affect the accuracy of the basketball referee's on-the-spot judgment and improving it has become an urgent problem to be solved at this stage.This paper applies Delphi method,expert interview method,video observation method and other methods to analyze the factors affecting the accuracy of basketball referee's on-the-spot judgment,in order to clarify the importance of each factor and propose corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the majority of basketball referees in China.The accuracy of on-the-spot judgment provides some useful references and lays a good foundation for the final training of more outstanding basketball reserve talents.The research results show that:(1)In all levels of China's leagues,referees have different degrees of problems in the accuracy of the award.The ruling environment is different and the influencing factors are different.(2)The internal factors affecting the accuracy of the basketball referee's on-the-spot judgment in China mainly include the professional ethics of the referee,his physical condition(height,weight,vision),the understanding and mastery of the rules and the referee law,and his basic skills(selection,movement,field of vision and penalty angles),long-term accumulation of experience and psychological stability.(3)The external factors affecting the accuracy of the basketball referee's on-the-spot judgment in China mainly include the increasingly fierce competition among the teams,the disturbance of the stadium,the insufficient number of referee training classes,and the communication channels between the referees and the athletes and coaches.The imperfections,the incomplete selection of the reserve talents and the training mechanism,the lack of multiple referees,the special competitive environment and the unique social customs of Chinese society.
