| Equity incentive is a long-term incentive mechanism implemented by enterprises in order to motivate and retain core talents.It is one of the most commonly used methods to motivate employees.Equity incentive is originated from the western countries,the rise of an earlier time,the development of a longer time.From the current situation,the global 500 companies are basically included in this incentive.Equity incentive was introduced into China in the 1990 s.It started relatively late and its development is relatively immature.Especially in private enterprises,the awareness of equity incentive is relatively weak.With the economic development of the society,our country private enterprise equity incentive has gradually,gradually realize the shareholding system reform,and the demand of the equity incentive is more obvious,the private enterprise equity incentive plan design become a focus in the current enterprise management,but many of the private enterprise equity incentive design unreasonable,eventually leading to failure equity incentive,not a very good incentive employees,thus affecting the development of the enterprise.This article focuses on new Oriental education technology group management equity incentive,based on the literature study and summarized at home and abroad,combining the current situation of the new Oriental education technology group and equity structure,analysis of the new Oriental management equity incentive problems,further design the optimization related to equity incentives,for listed companies play the talent base,channel through talents.In order to ensure the effective and fair implementation of the equity incentive,the supervision measures are set up and forecasted.Six chapters in this article,through studied the new Oriental education technology group equity incentive,there are two main characteristics of: a,the topic of this article has a certain research space,about the middle managers,and first-line managers equity incentive in the present study part is left blank,is a research space is relatively broad areas,this section combined with literature analysis,statistical analysis,case analysis,the study on a white field,the hope can give the future new Oriental education technology group provides reference of perfect the equity incentive,at the same time to need in the future research in the field of the same scholars to provide the reference and support.Second,this paper USES incentive theory to study the internal equity incentive of new Oriental education & technology group,and then excavates the real and effective needs of the management,giving full play to the role of incentive theory,and giving full play to the equity incentive space to meet the development vision of the enterprise. |
