| The key to continuous development of modern high-tech enterprises is to enhance competitiveness,and the subjective initiative of the talents is the key factor for improving competitiveness.Now,the high-tech enterprises in our country have a large number of outstanding talents,in the process of technological innovation and high level management,they play an indispensable role,but how to effectively stimulate the initiative and prevent brain drain,now more and more become a problem which plagued many enterprises.HUAWEI,as the only Chinese private enterprise of the world’s top 500,created a miracle of communication industry in the past 20 years,which is closely related to the core values of hard work and motivating the struggle,how to keep a number of core experts and continuously motivate staffs to work hard under the high intensity of work pressure in HUAWEI has been a interest topic,HUAWEI’s unique corporate culture and talent incentive policies have been studied and emulated in recent years.I hope that through some analyses on HUAWEI talent incentive policies can contribute for the reference of enterprise management.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant research on the incentive mechanism of stock option from the perspective of corporate performance,described the theory of stock incentive and the main mode of implementation,then explains the key period of the development and the different problems which faced in various stages of HUAWEI,analyzes the development process of the stock incentive mechanism of HUAWEI,and summarizes the main characteristics of HUAWEI’s stock incentive system.Finally combined with the financial data of HUAWEI over the years,the characteristics of the employee stock ownership plan of HUAWEI is analyzed,and the internal cause of the success of the incentive system is summarized. |
