Technological progress,structural reforms on the supply side,and newly graduated college student have all brought the employment and entrepreneurship work to a complicated and grim situation.The tourism employment multiplier is large and the threshold is low.It can absorb a large number of people to be employed and help ease the pressure on employment.With the arrival of the era of sharing economy,the employment pattern of tourism has changed,and a number of informal employment groups relying on shared platforms for employment have emerged.This paper takes the urban homeowner as an example to study the forms of tourism employment participation and its influencing factors in online short-term rent,aiming at enriching the micro-tourism employment research,especially the research content of tourism informal employment under the sharing of economic infiltration,in order to provide a clearer employment market situation for the groups to be employed and provide reference for government social security decision-making.The paper is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is introduction,which addresses the background and purpose of the research.The second part is a literature review of tourism informal employment and online short-term rent.The third part is related concepts and theoretical analysis,including the basic points and the application of the sharing economy,the generation of online short-term employment and the purpose and business characteristics of the landlord employment.The fourth part is the research design and model perfection.Including research design,questionnaire validation and improvement,and measurement model setting.The fifth part is the core content of the article,which is the specific analysis process and analysis results.The last part is the conclusions,recommendations and research deficiencies.The research results are as follows: firstly,the employed people have the following characteristics,most of them are women,generally younger,mainly after 80 and 90,and most of them are married,with high academic qualifications,mostly locals.Secondly,nearly half of the houses are rented,and two-thirds of the workers are part-time,with shorter durations,mainly for two years and below.Thirdly,the greater the degree of influence by family factors and capital risk,the individual will be more inclined to choose to operate a homestay with others(family or non-family)than to choose to operate a homestay alone.Individuals who are greatly affected by leisure time are more likely to choose to operate their own homes only.Finally,the article puts forward corresponding suggestions on the conclusions.
