Since the concept of cooperative consumption has been proposed,the sharing economy has become a topic of general concern in the academic community.The sharing economy has become an integral part of China's new economic normal,and it has outstanding performance in making up for the disappearance of demographic dividends and resource constraints.It not only changed the business organization model,but also changed the traditional forms of employment,making the employment mode show a new development trend.In the field of market economy,the new model pioneered by the sharing economy not only breaks the original economic order,but also creates a new type of employment and unique labor relations characterized by flexible employment,which is gradually becoming a new labor force.Compared with traditional employment methods,many employments of the shared economy have undergone many changes in the employment characteristics of the labor force,especially labor relations.The main manifestation is the dependent effect of information technology,which forms a relatively vague employment relationship,which poses challenges in both theory and practice on the welfare,outsourcing,income security and stability of labor employment.This paper analyzes the organizational form of the sharing economy and the employment mode of the labor force from a macro perspective.It finds that the enterprises under the shared economy reduce the coordination cost and the exclusiveness of assets,and promote the formation of new employment methods;And sharing economy promotes the employment flexibility of workers,including new labor relations and independent forms of labor,as well as information-based supervision and on-demand labor supply that are unique to the sharing economy.However,there are still problems in the employment mode under the perspective of sharing economy,including the challenge of employment form,the challenge of welfare safety net,the labor outsourcing crisis and the new competition crisis,which ultimately leads to weak employment stability in the shared economy.In view of the theoretical deduction of employment stability,the paper uses the binary Logit regression model to analyze the employment stability problem under the perspective of sharing economy.And it finds that economic factors,welfare factors and sense of belonging have a significant negative impact on employment stability,while social contact and flexible working methods have a significant positive impact on employment stability,which indicates that the economy,welfare and sense of belonging in the sharing economy are the main factors that lead to the weakening of employment stability in the sharing economy.In order to improve the quality and stability of employment in the field of shared economy in China,the paper proposes policy recommendations for the protection of new employment,including the formulation of new labor classification,new welfare system and ensuring the superiority of the shared economic platform.
