In September 2016,the Ministry of education promulgated the biology curriculum standards for senior high schools(draft for comments)to re-establish the four basic concepts.i)The discipline literacy is the core.ii)The content of the curriculum is small and fine.iii)The teaching process is practice.iV)The academic evaluation promotes the development of the main.The discipline literacy includes biological science literacy.Biological literacy is an important part of citizen's scientific literacy,and it is the condition and foundation for the formation of core literacy of biology.Improving the biological literacy of every high school student is the basic task in the implementation of this curriculum standard.The mastery of biological concepts is the cornerstone of students' Cultivation of biological science literacy,which is the foundation of students' flexible application of biological knowledge and the formation of scientific world outlook.The students are not the containers who go into the classroom with empty head.With the rapid development of the society,students can obtain information through a variety of channels before learning scientific knowledge.This information is called the former concept.The existence of the former concept may promote the grasp of the scientific concept,and impede the acquisition of scientific concepts.In teaching,teachers should take the concept of students' mind as the growth point of nourishing scientific concept,conforming to the law of student development and accomplishing the transformation of concepts successfully,so as to promote the cultivation of students' biological scientific literacy.Basing on the existing literature,the study gives a detailed description of the definition of concept,preconception and conceptual change.A questionnaire was designed to reveal the preconceptions hidden in the mind of the students in the "immunomodulation" of high school biology.On the base of related literature andanalyzing the sources and characteristics of the former concepts,we propose three major conceptual transformation strategies:cooperative concept mapping strategy,model building strategy and POE(prediction observation interpretation)teaching strategy.The authorchooses the teaching cases of POE(prediction-observation-Interpretation)teaching combined with immunomodulation design in the strategy of concept transformation.It is found that the difference between the experimental class and the control class is not significant through the pretest,and the POE teaching can significantly promote the change of the preconception of the students through the post test.The results of the study were as follow:The generation of learner's preconception is affected by various aspects.The most important factors are life experience,forgetting,concept itself,teachers' textbooks and social media.The preconceptions have differences and generalities,stubbornness and instability,universality and concealment in different populations(1)The implementation of POE teaching in real teaching can help teachers understand the concept of students' existence,assist students in mastering scientific concepts,and stimulate students' learning initiative.In the teaching of POE,the students are learning independently.Through students' repeated thinking of the problems,the cooperative learning will improve their learning effect.
