In China,after 30 years of discipline construction and development,adapted physical activity(APA)has gradually become an important part of the physical education discipline in China.In the academic sense,the traditional concept of disabled sports has gradually changed to adapt to the concept of APA after the Beijing Olympic Games.The most important way to adapt to the popularization of APA is the development of sports organizations.Beijing Angchen Adaptation Sports Training Center is the first non-profit organization in China to adapt to the implementation of APA concepts.This paper conducts case studies on the characteristics of organizational behavior through field investigation methods and interview methods,from the individual behaviors of individuals and groups.The organization's dimensions and management plan,communication coordination,incentives,control and other functional perspectives outline the following organizational behavioral characteristics of some centers:(1)In terms of organizational planning,the central work plan is organized;the implementation of the plan is uncertain.Sexuality and flexibility are greater;the implementation effect of the plan is also closely related to the behavior of the members of the organization.(2)In terms of organizational communication and coordination,the communication within the center is realized in a horizontal and vertical manner;formal communication and informal communication complement each other;the existence of external communication is highly dependent;communication affects the establishment of organizational members' sense of identity.(3)In terms of organizational incentives,the choice of incentives is diverse;the positive and negative impacts of incentive behaviors.(4)In the aspect of work control,the content of the control is personalized;the individual behavior of the members of the organization affects the work control process.At the same time,some problems in the Beijing Angchen Adaptation Sports Training Center were found.Compared with the famous American sports organization ASCCA camp,the attribution analysis was carried out.Among them,attribution analysis is carried out from external factors and internal factors.The external factors include policy response and social demand.Internal factors include individual factors of organization members,organizational structure,operation mode,hardware environment and organizational ethics culture.Finally,some suggestions were made for the organization's organizational behavior and operational development.The main problems and suggestions are as follows:(1)The coexistence of advantages and disadvantages,constraints and win-win bottlenecks in the multi-faceted cooperation mode restrict the behavior of the members of the organization,and the multi-party cooperation mode should find a new balanced breakthrough point.(2)The uncertainty factors of part-time personnel have adversely affected the work of the center.It is necessary to adjust the ratio of full-time and part-time personnel,and clearly define the division of powers andresponsibilities.(3)The problem of organizational members' behavior leads to poor implementation of the plan,and it should regulate the benign transformation of the members of the organization on the design and implementation of the organization plan.(4)Organizational communication and coordination There are deviations in information asymmetry,and the implementation of communication and coordination feedback system should be strengthened to improve the accuracy of communication information.(5)Negative incentive behavior affects job satisfaction,and wage reform should be deepened,and incentive behavior should be adjusted appropriately and timely.(6)The complex and chaotic control of work content requires the use of the reform of the salary promotion system to optimize the work control content.(7)Continue to deepen cooperation with the US ACCCA camp to improve and improve the operation mode.
