Carrying out educational scientific research is an important means to improve the professional level of primary school teachers and improve the quality and level of teaching.In the mountainous areas of southern Ningxia,traffic is inconvenient and the level of education is relatively backward.In order to understand the specific status of educational research in this area,improve the level of education and teaching in the region.In order to provide some theoretical support and countermeasure suggestions for the improvement and development of home education and scientific research.This study investigated some primary school teachers in the mountainous areas of southern Ningxia.According to teachers becoming researchers and lifelong education theory,the present situation is analyzed.And to do their best,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the present situation of educational research in the mountainous areas of southern Ningxia.Firstly,the questionnaire data collected by the questionnaire on the current situation of primary school teachers ' educational Research and the interview records collected through structured interviews are analyzed one by one.Questionnaire settings include five dimensions,such as scientific research cognition,scientific research motivation,scientific research ability,scientific research situation and scientific research difficulties,and analyze and explore according to this.Therefore,in the process of analysis,it is also based on these five aspects,and the results of the analysis are summarized.Secondly,according to the questionnaire survey and interview analysis of the current situation of educational research,due to the main internal and external two reasons caused.That is,there are misunderstandings in the understanding of educational scientific research,lack of theoretical knowledge and limited scientific research ability,weak problem consciousness and lack of in-depth spirit and other internal factors.The heavy free time of teaching task is too little;the pre-service training research is not paid enough attention to;The headmaster is worried about the shortage of funding for scientific research and other external factors.Finally,according to the present situation of primary school teachers ' educational Research in the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia and the possible causes of the present situation,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Mainly includes both internal and external because of two major aspects.The suggestions for internal factors are: re-understanding scientific research,correct the attitude of scientific research,conscious learning theory,enhance scientific research ability,headmaster lead,let reading study become teacher habit,pay attention to education drip,develop the spirit of exploration and so on.Recommendations for external causes include: proper reduction of the burden for teachers,scientific arrangement of time,targeted training,introduction of the first headmaster,encouragement of teacher mobility,increased financial support,etc.
