Research On The Education Precision For Poverty Alleviation In The Southern Part Of Ningxia Province

The southern part of ningxia province,known as the poorest part of China,also is one of the most unsuitable place to live for human.It is difficult for the region to get out of poverty and to achieve2020 build a well?off society due to its long term backward education and economy.Education as an investment in a person's policy for poverty alleviation aims at enhancing the ability of individuals and strenghening people's personal cultural capital and social capital.In the long run,to make the poor gradually get out of trouble.At the same time,education is also an effective way to block the intergenerational poverty.In 2003,our government put forward to the implementation of accurate poverty reduction strategy.So how to put the application in the use of education became a demanding problem in the region's development.Taking the southern part of ningxia area as an example,this paper aims at providing theoretical basis and practical reference by studying educational poverty alleviation for backward minority areas.By doing some research on facts,combining kinds of analysis,comparing and taking its current situation into consideration,we try to find the existing problems and its effects.By adding the precious concept of poverty alleviation and combining the stable development of current education,we came up with an idea that is to combine the two aspects.Measures to accurate poverty alleviation and to improve the quality of the poor are mentioned in the paper.
