The rural revitalization strategy is an important deployment made by the Communist Party of China in the new historical period.It has great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for China to achieve the goal of"two hundred years" and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Rural revitalization involves all aspects of rural social development.As a system of cultural inheritance and talent cultivation,education provides a solid talent guarantee and intellectual support for the comprehensive revitalization of rural society.Rural small-scale schools and township boarding schools are an important part of rural education.So it is an inevitable requirement and realistic guarantee for revitalizing rural education to Comprehensive strengthen the construction of these two types of rural schools.On this basis,this study takes Yuni township in Guizhou Province as a survey point,to understand the development of the education in Yuni township through observation and investigation.As the same time,selecting two typical rural schools as examples to explore the difficulties and obstacles in the development of rural schools in ethnic areas,and propose feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the revitalization of rural schools.The specific content of this article is as follows:Firstly,clarify the relationship between the rural revitalization strategy and the development of rural schools in theory,and analyzes the uniqueness of rural schools in ethnic areas,so as to provide ideas for the development of local courses according to local conditions and the development of rural schools in ethnic areas.Secondly,present the development status of two different types of rural schools in the form of individual cases,examining the development history of M Primary School from a vertical historical perspective,and analyzing the historical factors behind the prosperity and decline of small-scale schools.From a realistic perspective,this research investigates the teaching environment of J Primary School,and explores the weak links in the development of rural boarding schools,so that analyzes the real factors that hinder the revitalization of rural schools.Thirdly,from the three aspects of the value of rural education,the external environment of rural schools and the internal dynamics of rural schools,this research analyzes the practical obstructions in the process of the revitalization of rural schools in ethnic areas.The study found that the utilitarianism of rural education values,the materialization of rural family support,the formalization of home-school cooperation,the negative attitude of rural children's academic attitude,the imbalance of rural teachers' team structure and the surface of quality education curriculum implementation are all hindered the development of rural schools in different extent.Finally,this study proposes some feasibility strategies for revitalizing rural schools in ethnic areas.First,it correctly understands the limited function of individual functions and social functions of rural schools,affirms the important role of rural education in the development of rural culture,and reshapes the values of rural education.Second,strengthen the construction of children's palaces in rural schools,enrich the amateur life and spiritual world of rural children;improve the rural public transport infrastructure to ensure the safe entry of rural children;develop local economy to promote rural residents to choose their jobs,help rural parents return to their families,and thus provides a healthy and uplifting environment for rural children.Third,effectively improve the economic treatment and living conditions of rural teachers,broaden the channels for supplementing rural teachers;implement multiple evaluation and assessment methods to promote the conprehensive development of quality education;increase economic input and improve the infrastructure construction of rural schools in ethnic areas.
