The history of mathematics has an extremely important position in the history of human civilization.The significance of the history of mathematics to mathematical education has gradually been valued by many mathematicians,scholars,and educators since the 19 th century.The conic curve occupies an important position in the new curriculum standards,and it also plays an important role in plane analytical geometry.New curriculum reform emphasizes the cultural value of mathematics and promotes the integration of history of mathematics into mathematics teaching.The conic curve has undergone a long development process,which must contain a lot of mathematical history content.This article has carried out the following researches:1.Investigate the current situation of the integration of mathematics history in high school mathematics teaching.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 588 students in five senior high schools in a city.The purpose is to truly understand the current situation of the integration of mathematics history in high school mathematics classroom teaching,and to focus on the investigation of the history of conic curve mathematics to analyze the problems.After investigation and analysis,history of mathematics plays a positive role to some extent.But the integration of mathematics history in high school mathematics teaching is not good.2.Organize the mathematical history of conic curves.Through a large amount of literature review,the historical development process of the conic curve is organized.Establishing conical historical resources with educational value.It lays a foundation for the teaching design of conic curves based on the history of mathematics.3.Constructing a conical curve teaching design model based on the history of mathematics.Design and implement a cone curve teaching case.Firstly,combined with the results of the questionnaire under the guidance of the teaching method of occurrence,the theory of re-creation and the theory of constructivism.A theoreticalframework is proposed and analyzed.Constructing a conical curve teaching design model based on the history of mathematics.Secondly,the teaching cases of ellipse,hyperbola and parabola are designed according to the teaching mode.Finally,the implementation of teaching cases by the front-line teachers in the tested class.4.Verify the effectiveness of teaching.Individual interviews with teachers and students after teaching.Analysis of interview results from three levels of knowledge,cognition and emotion.We can draw the teaching of conic curves integrated into the history of mathematics.Students feel relatively deep at the level of knowledge and emotion,and the impact at the emotional level is particularly prominent.Teaching improves both teachers and students.Teachers gain professional improvement.History of mathematics plays a positive role in teaching.The integration of the history of mathematics into mathematics teaching has practical significance and is worthy of promotion and reference.But don't overdo it.It is still necessary to screen and process mathematical materials according to the characteristics of each mathematical knowledge.Adhering to the concept of improving teaching,rational teaching design.
