A Comparative Study On The Offensive And Defensive Capabilities Of Chinese And Foreign Defenders In The 2018-2019 CBA Playoffs

Modern basketball is constantly developing towards high-intensity,high-confrontation,fast,and more flexible.The requirements for guards' various abilities in the game are getting higher and higher.Often,guards are compared to the “brain” of a team.Organize and implement the tactical intentions assigned by the coach on the court.Defenders must not only have excellent offensive capabilities,but also strong defensive abilities.Their dominance in the team is unquestionable.It has been 25 years since the first introduction of foreign players in the China Men's Basketball Professional League in 1995.In recent years,most of the teams in the league have adopted the introduction of inside and outside positions.The offensive and defensive abilities of Chinese and foreign defenders have become many scholars.The focus of attention and research.This article uses literature data method,video observation method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to compare the offense and defense capabilities of the Chinese and foreign defenders of the 2018-2019 CBA United playoff team as the research object,and objectively analyzes the current domestic defenders and foreign aid,the problems of defenders' offensive and defensive abilities,put forward reasonable countermeasures,and provide the theoretical basis for the training and training of defenders in China.The research conclusions and recommendations are as follows:(1)In terms of basic qualities,the average age of domestic defenders is less than that of foreign aid defenders.The average height of domestic defenders is slightly higher than that of foreign aid defenders.The average weight of domestic defenders is slightly lighter than that of foreign aid defenders.The average value of domestic defender Ketole index is smaller than that of foreign aid defenders.Foreign aid defenders are comparatively stronger in general quality.It is recommended that domestic defenders should pay attention to basic quality training,improve their confrontation ability,and conduct reasonable training according to scientific training plans.(2)In terms of offensive ability,the average time of foreign defenders playing more than domestic defenders.The average score of domestic defenders is less than that of foreign defenders.The average number of domestic defenders' two-pointers,three-pointers and free throws are less than that of foreign defenders.In the hands of foreign aid defenders,the average of foreign aid defenders' two-pointers,three-pointers and free throws are higher than domestic defenders.The average number of assists of domestic defenders is less than that of foreign defenders.The average number of foreign aid defenders is more offensive rebounds than domestic defenders.The average number of turnovers of domestic defenders is less than that of foreign aid defenders.The average assist turnover ratio of domestic defenders is less than that offoreign aid defenders,and the ability to control the game is weak.It is recommended that domestic defenders should improve their self-confidence in shooting,dare to take shots,usually practice more shots,expand the range of shots,increase basic skills,strengthen the accuracy of passing,reduce unnecessary mistakes,and cultivate a sense of offensive rebounding.(3)In terms of defensive ability,the average number of defensive rebounds by domestic defenders is less than that of foreign aid defenders.The average number of steals by domestic defenders is less than that of foreign aid defenders.The average number of fouls by domestic defenders is more than that of foreign aid defenders.The blocking ability of domestic defenders is comparatively poor than foreign aid defenders.It is recommended that the domestic defender should improve the ability of teamwork,strengthen cooperation with teammates in the fight for defensive rebounds,correct the defensive attitude,enhance the defensive proficiency,and reduce unnecessary fouls.(4)From the perspective of player efficiency(PER value),the efficiency of domestic defenders is generally not high,while the efficiency of foreign aid defenders is mostly at a high level and the distribution is relatively balanced.In addition to showing that the domestic defender's comprehensive competitive ability needs to be strengthened in the game,it also shows that the domestic team is generally successful in introducing foreign aid.
