The mental health of adolescents has always aroused wide concern. That's because the occurrence of the events related mental health often brings significant impact on families. The parent-adolescent relationship in family can affect seriously the mental health status of the adolescents, and the parent-adolescent conflicts directly influence the relationship between the parents and adolescents. The parent-adolescent conflicts bring negative effects to parent-adolesscent relationship, and then cause serious consequences. However, the parent-adolescent conflicts also can improve adolescents' ability of solving problems, which involves the parent-adolescent conflict solution strategy. The parent-adolescent conflict solution strategy is a measure taken by both parents and children to control the parent-child conflict.Adolescents usually have a more active attitude when they deal with the conflict with their parents, which can make them better to adapt to the society and promote their mental health development. Therefore,on the basis of predecessors' researches, through the study of parentadolescent conflict solution strategy, the thesis discusses deeply the influence mechanism of mental health, understands the role of social adaptation and then edits the group guidance scheme of the parent-adolescent conflict solution strategy of adolescents to intervene it to discuss the influence on mental health by changing the negative parent-adolescent conflict solution strategy. The first research survey by the questionnaires to the students who are in three different grades in five schools in Weifang and Jining,Shandong Province, which uses the "parent-child conflict coping strategy questionnaire","middle school student mental health scale(MMHI-60),"the children's social adaptation".and 1360 valid samples are collected.By analyzing the data of them,we can discuss the parent-adolescent conflict solution strategy, social adaptation, mental health status and the relationship among them.In the second research,12 subjects are selected according to the data in the first research, and randomly divided into two groups.6 students in the experimental group were given group counseling using the self-designed regiment-assisted program, and 7 activities are carried out in total. The control group do not take any intervention. This study aims to ease the parent-adolescent tension by changing the way that the junior high school students deal with the parent-adolescent conflicts and changing their negative cognition, and then improve the mental health status. The research shows that there is no significant gender difference using the parent-adolescent conflict solution strategy and mental health status for junior high school students, but there is a significant difference among different grades; There are significant differences in gender and grade in social adaptation, and the girls' social adaptation ability is stronger than the boys'.The mental health of junior high school students is generally good. The mental health status is significantly different, which is caused by using different parent-adolescent conflict solution strategies. The parentadolescent conflict solution strategy, mental health and social adaptation were significantly correlated, and the social adaptation played an intermediary role between parent-adolescent conflict solution strategy and mental health. The intervention program in the study can effectively improve the use of the positive parent-adolescent conflict strategy, reduce the use of the negative parent-adolescent conflict solution strategy, and have a positive impact on mental health. After intervention, there are significant differences in the dimensions and total scores of mental health between the experimental group and the control group, but there are no significant differences in the pre-intervention and post-intervention tests of the control group. Therefore, the intervention programs can produce effects on parent-adolescent conflict solution strategy and affect mental health. The thesis affects the mental health level of junior high school students by studying the influence of the parent-adolescent conflict solution strategy on mental health and the mediation of social adaptation between them and changing their cognition of parentadolescent conflict solution strategy.According to the result of the study,it gives specific suggestions, helps students to deal with the parent-adolescent conflicts, and improve their mental health status.
