This paper investigates and studies the motives of junior high school students in the fifth junior middle school students in Hunnan District.,so as to grasp the status of students' motivation in Chinese language learning.After in-depth research in this paper,it has effectively supplemented the current domestic junior middle school students' language learning motivation theories,and also made some explorations and attempts for the study of Chinese classroom management combined with learning motivations,in order to enrich the theory and practice of this aspect.Finally,through the effectiveness of classroom management,it further promotes the improvement of students' language learning motivation,and provides materials for related theoretical research to prevent students from germinating negative learning.Using literature research,questionnaire surveys,interviews,case studies,and other methods,it strives to explore the learning status of students in the fifth junior middle school students in Hunnan District from a multi-dimensional and multi-faceted perspective.The reason for the decline in students' learning motivation,and in this case,a set of effective management methods that can improve the efficiency of classroom management is explored,and with the support of this method,students' learning motivation is further corrected.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the first chapter of the paper,which mainly writes the generating factors and action mechanism of learning motivation.Theoretical analysis is made from the aspects of students' needs,age,and external motivation.The second part is the second chapter of the paper,using a questionnaire to investigate the language learning motivation of the fifth junior middle school students in Hunnan District.The current situation of the students' learning motivation is analyzed,and the reasons for the weakening of learning motivation are analyzed from the aspects of individual,school,family and society.The third part is the third chapter of the paper.This part proposes corresponding optimization strategies based on the reasons for the weakening of the students' learning motivation.
