Research On The Impact Of Changes In FIBA ??basketball Rules On Basketball Skills And Tactics In 2018

Every modification of basketball rules is based on various problems in the development of basketball skills and tactics.Any revision and addition of the rules has played a positive role in promoting the development of basketball techniques and tactics,and brought new research topics.In this paper,starting from the developing direction and trend of contemporary basketball,on October 1,2018 formally implement the FIBA rules of basketball as the basis,to influence on the development of the new rules of basketball technique as the research object,USES the literature material law,video observation method,case analysis,mathematical statistics and expert interview method,this paper reconciliation read 2018 FIBA changes and connotation of basketball rules,walk from dribbling,dribbling,time limit,technical foul,and foul to violate the spirit of sports point of the new rules such as analysis,Based on the problems and situations in the actual practice of the 2019 FIBA basketball World Cup,this paper summarizes the influence of the new changes in basketball rules on basketball skills and tactics in 2018 and gives some suggestions.This study concluded that:1.The impact of the new changes to the dribbling rules on the basketball game is to bring the technology of "self-throwing,self-scrambling and re-shooting" to the basketball game,which enhances the enjoyment of the basketball game.2.The influence of the new change of dribbling rule on the basketball game is that it brings the three-step layup movement under the new rule,namely the technology of "gather0123 feet",to basketball,which enriches the basketball technical movement and choice.3.The impact of the new change of the offensive time rule on the basketball game is that it effectively increases the number of offensive rounds and shooting opportunities of the game as a whole,making the game process more smooth and intense.4.The new change of technical foul rules has purified the competition environment of basketball games and ensured the more civilized and healthy development of basketball.5.The new change of foul rules that violate the spirit of sports can better protect the players and ensure the fluency and enjoyment of the offense in the basketball game.
