Research On The 2018 Basketball Rule Revision And Its Impact On The Game

This paper takes the revised content and influence of the new rules of FIBA 2018 as the research object,analyzes the content of the new rules in six aspects,namely,throwing into the field,dribbling,attacking time,fouls of both sides,technical fouls and real-time playback system,and mainly studies the changes brought by the implementation of the new rules in the 2019 International Men's Basketball World Cup,focusing on the rules The purpose of the modification is achieved,and the possible problems of the modification of basketball rules for the development of basketball are discussed,trying to provide theoretical and practical reference for coaches,athletes and referees to adapt to the new rules.By using the methods of documentary,video observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper makes a study of the competition in the final stage of the 16 th finals of the2019 International Men's basketball world cup under the new rules,and draws the following conclusions:1.The modification of throw in rules ensures the fluency of the game and promotes the development of technology and tactics,which is consistent with the purpose of the modification of rules;2.The modification of dribbling rules did not have specific practice in this game,but in theory it can still promote the development of technology and tactics,improve the viewing of the game;3.The modification purpose of attacking time rule is not consistent with the actual situation of the game,which may be related to the technical and tactical level of the team and the level of play,but it can promote the development of technical and tactical and accelerate the pace of the game;4.Technical fouls and the modification of the rules of both sides' Fouls prevent the behavior of players' malicious fouls,and make the competition more civilized and orderly,which is consistent with the purpose of the modification of the rules;5.The modification of the rules of the instant playback system makes the game more fair and consistent with the purpose of the modification of the rules.Suggestions:1.Players should be familiar with the latest basketball rules,understand the gap between their own skills and tactics and the requirements of the rules,improve thelevel of skills and tactics,improve the ability to read the game,and fully abide by and use the rules in the game;2.The coach should be familiar with the content of the rule modification,understand the spirit of the rule modification,and make clear the direction of basketball development.To train the athletes,make full use of the rights given by the rules and master the initiative of the competition;3.The referees should study the new rules,strengthen the theoretical basis,and carry out the decision more effectively and boldly.Grassroots referees should use their own professional ability to let basketball fans better understand the new rules and keep up with the development of basketball;4.The basketball teaching staff should publicize and explain the new rules to the students in class,improve the students' understanding of basketball,and make them participate in basketball more professionally.
