Research On Ethical Dilemmas And Norms In Robot Socialization

With the rise and rapid development of social media,the social network user base has gradually expanded,and a new class of "users"-social robots-have begun to be active in online social networks.A social robot is composed of the words "social" and "bot",which literally means a robot with social attributes.Actually,it automatically produces and publishes content in social networks,and it can play an algorithm program that humans interact with real people.It is artificial intelligence.The product of a certain stage of development.The participation of social robots in social networking is not a new phenomenon in recent years,but domestic research in this area has just begun,with few research results.As a new user of social platforms,social robots have injected vitality into the online communication ecosystem,but the ethical risks caused by them have become more compelling and gradually become a global problem.This article takes the ethical anomie phenomenon caused by social robots participating in online social interaction as the research object,adopts literature research method and case analysis method,and relies on the research results of social robots at home and abroad,and draws on the disciplines of journalism,computer science,social psychology,philosophy and other disciplines.From a viewpoint,the phenomenon was combed and analyzed comprehensively.The article is mainly divided into four parts.The first chapter discusses the remodeling of the network communication ecology by robot society.The emergence of social robots has made the communication intermediary the main body of communication.In the past,the "media is a human extension" view has evolved into "the media is a human ",Social robots also reconstruct social relationships among human users.The second chapter discusses the phenomenon of ethical anomia caused by robot participation in social interaction.Robot participation in social interaction not only causes emotional deception,prejudice and inheritance,but also leads to privacy leakage,political shady,fake news and other criminal acts.The third chapter analyzes the causes of ethical anomie from the perspectives of technology,platform,and supervision.The humanoid and impersonal nature of social robots,the loopholes in social platforms,and the lack of supervision are the major factors that cause ethical risks.Finally,several suggestions were made on how to regulate the social behavior of robots and prevent ethical risks,including embedding ethics into the design of algorithms beforehand;strengthening supervision of social network platforms;formulating legal and ethical guidelines for social robots and exploring a global common governance model;human beings strengthening ethics Awareness and improve technological literacy.
