With the process of urbanization speed up the development of urbanization and rural dual structure of the urban-rural division barriers dividing the loose, a large number of rural labor to be transferred to the surrounding cities and towns. Influenced by the traditional gender division concepts, most rural families were chosen by the male migrant workers and women stay at home in the traditional role allocation model, which resulted in an increasing number of rural women who remain in Villages and "semi-mobile home "appears.Academic research on the communicative behavior of rural women, mostly are discussed in terms of the positive impact of urbanization on rural women’s lifestyle and interpersonal communication etc.However, the author including the reality of the investigation found that a series of exchanges between their ethical dilemmas are presented comprehensively in communicative action.These nature of communication issue substantially reflects a lack of rural women intellectual and moral self-discipline.This study of communicative behavior of women in rural areas in northern Jiangsu field research, which emphasis on critically examine ethical summed up the current outstanding issues of rural women in the present study specific human, interpersonal, sexual relations and other acts in the presence of the three communicative ethics.The study combined Fei Xiao tong "structure theory" and Hwang "human and face theory", deeply analyze the characterization and the causes of rural women’s communicative behavior in ethical issues and the economic and political factors of the ethical issues and social cultural foundation that behind individual psychological motivation, the purpose is to construct a new ethic of rural women association, and to shape civilization rural village-level winds and good moral order and ethics. From the perspective of research communicative ethics, this study is expanding on the following issues were discussed:First, the theoretical basis of communicative behavior of rural women. As the opening, this chapter mainly discusses around communication behavior in the views of theoretical nature, including the following three parts:at first, clarified the basic the historical origins of communicative action, name, content and type; then, summarized the classical writers’ theoretical studies of Communicative Action and Communicative Ethics, that is Marx’s social interaction management, ethics theory and Habermas theory of Communicative Action; Furthermore, clarified the sociology and social psychology theory of communicative action, including Fei Xiao tong and Hwang’s theories as well as Le Pen’s groups face communication psychology and behavior.Second, the basic type and status of rural women communicative behavior introduction. This chapter around three parts:the definition of rural women conduct communication, including the concepts and methods of communicative action; the basic types of communication behavior of rural women, including human communication, interpersonal communication and sexual relations; describe the status of rural women communicative action, which combines the major research in Northern case, conducted a more detailed explanation about the status of the communication behavior of the three types of communication actions.Third, examine the communicative behavior of rural women in Northern behavior in ethical issues. This chapter is also the focus of this study. This chapter focuses on three issues:firstly, the definition ethical issues of rural women communicative behavior, including the introduction of actual moral judgment and moral behavior meaning, definition moral type and stage of moral judgment description, definition the ethical issues of rural women communicative action relationship; secondly, ethical issues in communicative action against rural women in northern Jiangsu, including in ethical standards imbalances and ethical misconduct issues in human communication. interpersonal communication and sexual relations this three aspects of ethical behavior; thirdly, the cause of rural women’s communicative action on ethical issues will be explained, specifically covering four aspects factors of political, economic, cultural life and psychological.Fourth, path to construction the rural women communicative ethics. Firstly, emphasized political and economic system is the solution to all communicative action in the path of the fundamental moral issues further,secondly is to propose solutions to the specific ethical issues of communicative action in three points, one is to change human communication’s recognize of moral values and responsibility knowledge; Second is to reshape the self-discipline and trust the quality of interpersonal communication; Thirdly is to clear the moral judgment and rational dimension in sexual relations.
