Design And Research Of The Control System Of The Wire Harness Switch Pressing And Rotating Detection Workbench

Wire harness is an indispensable part of all kinds of electrical equipment.It builds bridges between two or more isolated electronic circuits,thus enabling current to circulate,thus realizing various functions of electronic components.Ordinary wire harness is usually made up of three parts:wire,terminal and plastic.Complex wire harness should be supplemented with adhesive taped、tie and casing.As a combination of wire harness and switch,wire harness switch has the dual characteristics of universal wire harness and switch.The wire harness switch studied in this paper has two kinds of selection methods:pressing guide and rotating guide.Traditional manual testing has its disadvantages such as slow speed、low efficiency and high error rate.Therefore,it is important to design a new and efficient intelligent automatic testing equipment for wire harness beam.Although the manufacturers of the large wire switch have developed a new type of wire switch testing equipment in recent years,but still can not completely change the lag of the artificial manufacturing and testing.At present,the majority of wire harness detection devices on the market are multifunctional and inefficient.Based on the combination of manufacturing and testing workbench of wire harness switch and the current process of manual manufacturing and testing,this paper designs an advanced control system of wire harness switch workbench with PLC control system and software control technology of the upper computer.The main contents of this paper are:(1)This paper analyzes the status quo of automatic assembly and detection of wire harness switch at home and abroad,and discusses the feasibility and control scheme of the design project.(2)Putting forward the control scheme of "industrial control panel+PLC as core,combine with pneumatic technology ".The principle of pressing and rotating wire harness switch is analyzed.The electrical control system is designed from hardware and software.(3)Combined with the performance characteristics of the wire harness switch,the testing software was developed and designed.To realize the setting and storage of the parameters,the statistics and analysis of the detection data,make the whole testing system more humane and professional.The control system of the wire beam switch voltage testing system has been applied to the actual production of the factory,so it has reference to the same industry.
