Analysis Of The Framework Of Russia’s External Propaganda Mainstream Media In Reporting On The “Belt And Road”

At present,the world is affected by the financial crisis,the development of international situation is still not optimistic,showing slow development,development and differentiation situation.China’s Belt and Road initiative is conducive to safeguarding the global free trade system and open world economy,and can conform to the trend of world multi-polarization,cultural diversity and economic globalization.This idea is not a Chinese one,but includes Russia’s common cause in the countries,including Russia in the interests of all countries to share the road.Sino-Russian relations are currently at the best of history,the two countries have deepened political mutual trust,pragmatic cooperation has been progressing steadily,and many major strategic projects have made breakthrough progress,which has laid a solid foundation for the cooperation between the two countries in the future.In the global information age,the populace mainly obtains the news through the media,the mass media plays a huge role in the modern society,to some extent,it can influence people’s cognition to the society.As one of the world’s great powers,Russia its media,especially the publicity of the mainstream media,will directly affect the people’s understanding of China and the world,and will also affect the cooperation between the two countries in the Belt and Road initiative and the smooth advance of the Belt and Road initiative in all countries of the world.This paper uses the perspective of frame analysis to quantify and qualitative analysis of the three mainstream media of Russian foreign propaganda,namely "Russia Today","Russia Today",and the Belt and Road initiative Report of’ the new media brand satellite news agency and the "TASS".Macroscopic grasp of the Russian mainstream media in the Belt and Road of the framework used in the report,and explore the impact of the formation of different framework factors.he paper uses the method of "frame list" to statistic the number of reports,the topic of report,the place of press and the source of the three media,and further analyzes and concludes three media coverage frames.This paper holds that the three media have used four kinds of reporting framework:Support Framework,struggle framework,cooperation framework and expectation frame.In the long run,as of May 31,2017,the Belt and Road initiative is still in its infancy,and during this period,the support framework has a mainstream reporting framework in three media,which is reflected in the attitude and actions of Russia and the rest of the world and China in support of the Belt and Road initiative.In general,the support framework of the TASS is the most prominent in the three media,the satellite news agency’s expected framework in the three media coverage of the most obvious,but because of Russia and its media on China’s deep lack of understanding,cooperation and prevention coexist,there is no lack of coverage of the struggle framework exists,Russian television today uses the most struggle framework in its coverage.
