Individual enrollment in higher vocational colleges is an important measure for the reform of the college entrance examination in China.In recent years,various higher vocational colleges have carried out exploration and piloting of individual enrollment methods based on their own school-running characteristics,and gradually formed the diversified selection mechanism of higher education.With the continuous deepening of the way of individual enrollment selection and the expansion of enrollment in higher vocational colleges,the requirements for individual enrollment work are getting higher and higher.How to highlight the school-running characteristics,how to select excellent and suitable students,how to how to enable students to timely and accurately understand and master the school’s enrollment information and other issues have become increasingly prominent.In view of this,Yunnan Economic Trade And Foreign Affairs College by means of information,combined with the characteristics of individual enrollment work,starts to the research of the independent enrollment assistant management system to improve the efficiency of the individual enrollment work of our school.This paper takes the independent enrollment business of our school as the core,and takes the ideas and methods of software engineering as the guide.Firstly,it studies and analyzes the development and development trend of the enrollment assistant management system at home and abroad,to learn from its merits,and combines the practical situation of our school recruit students alone,sorts out the separate enrollment business process of our school,analyze the problems and deficiencies in the business,and then carried out research and analysis on the independent enrollment assistant management system of our school,a separate admissions process was optimized,then the system function is analyzed in detail,and the UML tool is used to model,the system contains such functional modules as enrollment plan management,examinee registration management,examinee score management,examinee admission management and data statistical analysis.Based on the system function module,the data requirements of the system are further analyzed and described,and the database tables are designed.The development and application of this system will provide strong decision support for the independent recruitment management of our school.
