Research On The Construction Of Information Service Platform For Precision Poverty Alleviation In Lanxi County

Poverty alleviation is not a peculiar phenomenon in China.Governments in any region of any country will face threats from poverty.China has a vast population and has started poverty alleviation in the 1980 s.It is nearly 40 years old.However,the inaccuracy of poverty data is a prominent problem.Due to the inaccuracy of the prior samples,there will be a series of cyclical problems in the follow-up work.Before the whole of Heilongjiang Province and even the whole country,there was no perfect information system for poverty alleviation.The development of work is a big problem,and the information in each region is relatively closed.Therefore,the original poverty alleviation system must be revised,aiming at the poor,ensuring poverty alleviation,and Marking public information.The concept of "Internet +" can open up new ideas for poverty alleviation and change the old mode of operation through informationization.In the background,the construction of an information service platform for precision poverty alleviation has also ushered in a peak.As a national poverty-stricken county,Lanxi County has an arduous task of poverty alleviation.At present,the accurate poverty alleviation information service platform for Lanxi County has not been successfully built.There are many defects and gaps to be added,but there are some exist cases in other parts of China.This paper provides ideas for research.This paper firstly conducted a questionnaire survey and interview research on the poverty-stricken households and poverty alleviation offices in Lanxi County,and analyzed the functions and attributes of the Lanxi County Precision Poverty Alleviation Information Service Platform.The Lanxi County Precise Poverty Alleviation Information Service Platform,including the poverty alleviation personal information database,data analysis,poverty alleviation measures,online supervision and performance appraisal,and finally analyze the effective operation of the platform from three aspects: government,enterprises and poor households..The results of this study will help to improve Lanxi County’s accurate poverty alleviation information service capabilities,so that Lanxi County can more effectively carry out accurate poverty alleviation work and help Lanxi County to get rid of poverty as soon as possible.
