As the carrier of information exchange,documents are widely used in various fields,and a variety of document format standards have been formulated.Because of the different starting points of each standard,the differences between them bring many problems of document interoperability.In order to save and share document better,improve the interoperability of document format standards and document processing systems is very important.At present,the evaluation of document interoperability mainly depends on manual work,which is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also the accuracy of evaluation results cannot be guaranteed.In view of this,some researches evaluate the document interoperability by introducing measurement function and building measurement model.Although these methods improve the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation results,they fail to achieve automatic evaluation.Therefore,this paper studies the automatic evaluation method of document interoperability,discusses the method of interoperability evaluation of reflowable document and fixed-layout documents,and focuses on the interoperability of OOXML-UOF 2.0,UOF 2.0-OOXML,OOXML-OFD and UOF 2.0-OFD.The main work and innovation achievements of this paper are as follows:1)Automatic analysis method of document presentation effectBecause manual analysis of typesetting effect is time-consuming and laborious,and the result is not accurate,an automatic color labeling method is proposed to establish the reverse association between layout elements and reflowable documents based on XML form.And a clustering method is proposed for fixed-layout documents and other forms of reflowable documents.In addition,the measurement method of some function points of typesetting elements is also shown in this paper.Based on the image analysis method,this paper realizes the automatic analysis of document typesetting effect,which can accurately locate the elements that lead to differences,reduce the labor cost and improve the detection accuracy.2)Editing semantics analysis method for reflowable documentsBecause it is difficult to evaluate the editing semantics interoperability of reflowable document objectively,this paper proposes an objective method to evaluate the editing semantics interoperability of reflowable documents by combining the number of reachable function points of typesetting elements in different format standards and the number of converted function points in documents.There is no research about this area at present,and the method proposed in this paper is innovative.3)Document interoperability evaluation modelUsing the above analysis method,this paper proposes a document interoperability evaluation model,combines the selection principle of each point and the weight calculation method to give the quantitative results.Based on the model,this paper evaluates the conversion ability of OOXML-UOF 2.0,UOF 2.0-OOXML,OOXML-OFD and UOF 2.0-OFD.The model proposed in this paper introduces typesetting effect and editing semantics,makes the evaluation results more objective and accurate,and improves the manual evaluation method which only considers the difficulty of function point conversion.In addition,the research results of this paper can be used in the formulation of document format standards and the development of document processing system.And it is also of great significance to ensure the lasting vitality and use value of documents.
