Virtual Tour System Design Based On Mobile Terminal VR

Due to the rapid development in modern science and technology,the art field is undergoing innovation as well,and the virtual digital art has become one of the most popular forms of art nowadays.With the progress in VR(Virtual Reality)industry and the arrival of 5G network,the new virtual experience of VR on mobile terminals is showing great momentum and vitality.Virtual tourism,a virtual 3D tourism environment system,uses VR technology to simulate or create the real environment.Because of VR’s characteristics of super immersion and interactivity,VR technology has been widely experimented and used in various fields.VR on mobile terminals has become the developers’ important research object for its convenience and efficiency.And various external devices based on VR mobile terminals are being updated day by day with innovations in smart phones.Thus,in the years to come,the virtual content market(such as virtual tourism)will be the focus of innovation and competition.Tourism is a carrier of cultural communication,and ethnic cultural tourism has been reformed with the innovation in science and technology.It is believed that this new virtual travel mode will change users’ life experience,and in the future users can have a real virtual travel experience anywhere only with a mobile phone and a pair of VR glasses.The virtual tourism system based on mobile terminal VR should be designed for users’ virtual immersion experience,starting with interaction,so that users can immerse in the virtual tourism system and experience the fun of virtual tourism.This paper uses “Binglanggu”,the most representative scenic spot of Li culture in Hainan Island,as a simulation model to develop a virtual tourism system suitable for VR on mobile terminals.Through the relevant theoretical research and analysis,this paper first discusses the functions and characteristics of virtual tourism system,and explores the differences between virtual tourism system on mobile terminals and that on non-mobile terminals.Then,the paper,taking“Binglanggu” as an example and using VR technology,develops a virtual tourism system applied on mobile terminals.In the end,it discusses the advantages and disadvantages of virtual tourism system on mobile terminals,and summarizes the feasibility and prospect of this virtual tourism system,hoping to provide reference for the design of other domestic virtual tourism system.
