The quality of credit assets is the lifeline to commercial banks' survivals.Good asset quality can increase the revenues,reduce the management risk and improve the market competitiveness.In contrast,the low quality of credit assets may bring heavy burdens and low benefits to the banks.Moreover,serious problems in credit assets quality may cause a collapse of the whole credit systm,or even cause a financial crisis.In recent years,the influence of economic downturn is getting emerged.After more than ten years of rapid development and nearly two years of unpredictable fluctuation of real estate,credit assets of the real estate enterprises are converted from high-quality assets into those which need to be analyzed selectively,to be focused on at any time,to be optimized thoroughly.To be more exact,real estate enterprises in Ningxia area with poor business management system,small enterprise scale,short high-end talents,narrow sales market,generally develop slowly and are weak in market risk resistance,which cause problems such as insufficient effective demands in market,sharp decline of profits and further increase of default probability in the economic descending process.Accordingly,the management of credit asset quality of commercial banks in Ningxia autonomous region is facing a more severe challenge.This thesis,taking credit customer groups in branch of China Construction Bank as the research objects,chiefly analyzes the main reasons for the non-performing loans in real estate credit assets,and the main problems existing in pre-loan,loan,and post-loan of Ningxia real estate enterprises.Then,it puts forward some suggestions to the management of real estate credit asset quality in view of Ningxia's actual situation:optimizing credit personnel structure?strengthening investigation and approval,constructing evaluation mode of real estate credit asset risk,tightening the comprehensive management of real estate credit business.
